★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mudei o grau e fui encomendar uma lente multifocal. O atendimento foi bom,só até eu perceber que a atendente não sabia nada de lente multifocal,mas agia como se soubesse.
Após mais de um mês a lente não veio. Fiquei esperando sem lente nenhuma,pois havia mudado o grau. Não me deram nenhuma satisfação .
Quando questionei a técnica ,a justificativa foi o fornecedor,etc. A técnica parecia irritada por eu estar questionando. Parecia que estava me fazendo um favor.
Ao desistir ,finalmente da lente, e avisar que não queria mais, recebi um "ok" da atendente por mensagem.
Amadorismo total.
Estão lidando com saúde, espera_se mais profissionalismo.
I changed the degree and went to order a multifocal lens. The service was good, only until I realized that the attendant knew nothing of a multifocal lens, but acted as if she knew.
After more than a month the lens did not come. I waited without a lens because I had changed the degree. They gave me no satisfaction.
When I questioned the technique, the justification was the supplier, etc. The technique seemed annoyed that I was questioning. It seemed like he was doing me a favor.
When finally giving up the lens, and letting me know I did not want it anymore, I received an "ok" from the attendant per message.
Total amateurism.
They are dealing with health, they expect more professionalism.
