Comprei uma pulseira vai fazer 1 ano e já foi até pago até hoje nunca resolveram meu problema, liguei várias vezes, já fui na loja e a gerente nunca estar. Deixei meu telefone que falaram que iria entrar em contato e nada até hoje não resolveram. Não indico a Loja Chillinbes prox a Centauro.. Péssimo nota 0
Bad service, change of manager changed the entire store. I bought a bracelet about 1 year ago and it was paid until today, they never solved my problem. I left my phone that said they would get in touch and nothing until today has not resolved. I do not recommend the Chillinbes Store next to Centauro.

Nunca fui tão mal atendida em minha vida, comprei um óculos em 11 de agosto, até hoje 24 de Setembro, não recebi.
Fui até a loja buscar o produto E ELE ESTAVA QUEBRADO!! NÃO EXISTE CONTROLE DE QUALIDADE!! Tratam o produto e o cliente como se fossem um lixo, tento ligar o GERENTE NUNCA ESTÁ, WhatsApp há 2 semanas sem retorno! UMA VERGONHA!!!

I've never been so poorly served in my life, I bought a pair of glasses on August 11th, until today, September 24th, I haven't received it.
I went to the store to get the product AND IT WAS BROKEN!! THERE IS NO QUALITY CONTROL!! They treat the product and the customer as if they were garbage, I try to call the MANAGER NEVER EST, WhatsApp for 2 weeks with no return! A SHAME!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui nessa loja, comprei um óculos sábado. Hije quarta feira fui trocar o óculos pois estava con defeito, e mesmo assim eles dão 14 dias para experimentar o óculos. Fui maltratado pela gerente e fiquei muito nervoso e irritado. Pois paguei 359 reais no óculos acreditando que seria algo bom. Já é o terceiro óculos que compro na loja e tenho problemas. Mas o pior foi ser maltratado pela gerente que acha que é a dona e não quis trocar meu produto que eatava novo e o defeito era deles e não meu.
Deixo ciente que são muito ríspido com os clientes e não cumprem o que falam.
Só lamento muito pois sou ótimo cliente e nunca mais irei lá e aconselho na ni guem comprar lá com eles .
I went to this store, bought a pair of glasses on Saturday. Hije Wednesday I went to change the glasses because it was defective, and even then they give 14 days to try the glasses. I was mistreated by the manager and I was very nervous and angry. Because I paid 359 reais for the glasses believing it would be something good. It is already the third glasses that I buy in the store and I have problems. But the worst was being mistreated by the manager who thinks she is the owner and didn't want to change my product that was new and the defect was theirs and not mine.
I let you know that they are very harsh with customers and don't keep what they say.
I'm just sorry because I'm a great customer and I'll never go there again and I advise anyone to buy from them there.
