★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não recomendo - empresa com maior prazo de entrega do mecado (50 dias ) e mesmo assim não cumpre o prazo de entrega. Não temos respaldo nenhum da fábrica. Atendimento péssimo...ainda nem peguei o meu caminhão, mas minha insatisfação é imensa
I don't recommend it - a company with the longest delivery time on the market (50 days) and even so it doesn't meet the delivery time. We don't have any support from the factory. Terrible service... I haven't even picked up my truck, but my dissatisfaction is immense

Comprei uma carroceria Facchini de péssima qualidade e acabamento horrível...
Carro entrou dia 01/09 ficou 8 dias parado , pois não conseguiram abri-lo... No 9º dia me avisaram do problema do alarme, somente porque entrei em contato....
Se você não entrar em contato para saber como anda seu serviço, ninguém te dá satisfação
Hoje dia 19/09 fora do prazo de entrega descriminado pelo pedido de venda(15dd), venho retirar o mesmo nessas condições das fotos anexas ...
*Pintura mal feita ( pintaram e retocaram sem fazer a limpeza das peças )
*Carroceria com somente 2 ganchos para amarração de cargas
*Parabarros mal afixados.
*Parte elétrica toda a mostra ....
Estou retirando o veículo pois preciso trabalhar, mas minha insatisfação no serviço é imensa, qualidade zero....

I bought a very poor quality Facchini body and horrible finish ...

Today 09/19 off the deadline specified by the sales order (15dd), I will remove the same in the conditions of the attached photos ...
* Painting poorly done (painted and touched up without cleaning the parts)
* Body with only 2 hooks for securing cargo
* Badly attached parabars.
* Electric part all show ....
I'm removing the vehicle because I need to work, but my dissatisfaction in the service is immense, quality zero ....

Bad experience with this company, I bought a trunk for my hr, a lot of infiltration, I take it to the after sales and they don't solve the problem and I lose days and days of work.
