★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo do SAA, fui tirar dúvidas do portal e saí com mais dúvidas que cheguei, fui atendida por um homem que nem atenção me deu, peguei a senha e esperei, na minha vez ele não me explicou nada, só me deu meu login do portal e falou pra eu ir acessar no computador, o que eu perguntada ele não sabia responder e depois ele levantou e foi atender outras pessoas e eu fiquei igual uma besta no computador esperando ele, perguntei sobre as aulas e ele me deu informação errada, saí de lá decepcionada, a sorte que o segurança e um professor chamado Rangel me ajudou quando estava saindo e só assim consegui tirar minhas dúvidas, ainda não sei se vou continuar nessa faculdade, pq a primeira impressão é a que fica.
Terrible service from SAA, I went to ask questions on the portal and left with more questions than I arrived, I was answered by a man who didn't even pay me any attention, I took the password and waited, in my turn he didn't explain anything, he just gave me my login portal and told me to go to the computer, what I asked he didn't know how to answer and then he got up and went to attend to other people and I was like a beast on the computer waiting for him, I asked about the classes and he gave me wrong information, I left from there disappointed, the luck that the security guard and a professor named Rangel helped me when I was leaving and only then was I able to clear my doubts, I still don't know if I'm going to continue in this college, because the first impression is the one that stays.
