★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente, fomos da satisfação para total irritação e insatisfação muito rápido. Nem um mês. Firmamos contrato no início do mês, após ver um imóvel. O corretor, Iusef, foi muito prestativo ao mostrar a casa, enfim, nada a reclamar do atendimento DELE. Após assinatura do contrato, cobrança do seguro, começou a total falta de comunicação da parte administrativa. Quando fomos firmar o contrato, no INÍCIO do mês, deixamos bem claro que nos mudariamos para o imóvel na terceira semana. Pois imaginem a surpresa quando faltando apenas SETE DIAS para nos mudarmos, já com transportadora, ajudantes, tudo acertado de nossa parte... a atendente Karol nos informar que precisa de documentos etc para solicitar ligação da luz ( algo engraçado quando na assinatura do contrato perguntamos mais de uma vez se faltava algo, se estava tudo certo, inclusive no dia da retirada das chaves também ). Pois bem, fornecemos. Ainda assim nos mudamos hoje para uma casa SEM ENERGIA ELETRICA. Não nos foi passado sequer número de instalação para que nos mesmos pudéssemos tentar resolver a situação junto a Enel já que a imobiliária parece estar SEMANAS com dificuldades pra resolver, segundo Karol. Quando ligamos na ENEL não consta sequer solicitação de religue. Enfim, uma chateação total. O proprietário do imóvel sequer sabia a data que nos mudariamos. Algo que poderia ter sido evitado se assim que firmamos contrato ( dia 05 ) já tivessem ido atrás da questão da religaçao como disseram que fariam ou se ao menos tivessem nos informado de problemas com a enel antes de acertarmos tudo pra uma mudança que sabiam quando ia ocorrer. Agora estou num imóvel que não está em condições de habitação, com uma criança ainda. Fora que pedimos pra sermos mantidos informados sobre como está o desenrolar e o que recebemos? SILENCIO TOTAL. Enfim, muito decepcionada. Gostaria que tivessem sido mais transparentes pois isso evitaria muito estresse pra mim e minha família hoje.

When we went to sign the contract, at the beginning of the month, we made it very clear that we would move into the property in the third week. Well, imagine the surprise when only SEVEN DAYS left to move, already with a carrier, helpers, everything agreed on our part... the attendant Karol informs us that she needs documents etc to request a light connection (something funny when signing the contract we asked more than once if something was missing, if everything was ok, even on the day the keys were picked up as well). Well, we provide. Yet we moved today to a house WITHOUT ELECTRICITY. We were not even given an installation number so that we could try to resolve the situation with Enel, since the real estate company seems to be struggling for WEEKS to resolve it, according to Karol. When we call ENEL, there is not even a reconnection request. All in all, a total annoyance. The property owner didn't even know the date we were moving. Something that could have been avoided if as soon as we signed the contract (the 5th) they had already gone after the reconnection issue as they said they would or if they had at least informed us of problems with enel before we agreed everything for a change that they knew when they were going to occur. Now I am in a property that is not suitable for housing, with a child still. Apart from asking to be kept informed about how it is unfolding and what we have received? TOTAL SILENCE. Anyway, very disappointed. I wish they had been more transparent as it would have saved me and my family a lot of stress today.
