★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiencia com a Genial Imóveis tem sido péssima. Gilberto, responsável pela adm dos meus imóveis não atende telefone, não responde mensagens pelo whatsapp, nem e-mail e quando responde, responde as duvidas pela metade, faltando informações ou te deixa no vácuo sem resposta mesmo.
Estou desde Maio/21 desde o falecimento do meu pai que herdei seus bens, não tenho explicações claras nem objetivas quanto as dúvidas que tenho sobre a adm de um dos meus imóveis.
Falta informação, falta clareza. Péssimo.
My experience with Genial Imóveis has been terrible. Gilberto, responsible for managing my properties doesn't answer the phone, doesn't answer messages through whatsapp, or e-mail and when he answers, he answers the doubts in half, missing information or leaving you in a vacuum with no answer.
I've been there since May/21 since the death of my father who inherited his property, I don't have clear or objective explanations about the doubts I have about the management of one of my properties.
Lack of information, lack of clarity. Terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima experiência, entrei no imóvel com um monte de condomínios atrasados de antigos inquilinos. Estou no imóvel a 5 meses e até hj não quitaram , e pra piorar o meu condomínio vem cobrando um valor com vaga de garagem sendo que eu não tenho direito a vaga. Um absurdo. Quando fechei c a imobiliária não me falaram nada disso. Já tentei resolver diversas vezes com o Sr Gilberto e não adianta nada. Não recomendo.
Bad experience, I entered the property with a lot of late condos from former tenants. I've been in the property for 5 months and until today they haven't paid off, and to make matters worse, my condo has been charging a value with a parking space and I'm not entitled to a space. An absurdity. When I closed it and the real estate agency didn't tell me anything about it. I've tried to resolve it several times with Mr. Gilberto and it's no use. I do not recommend.
