A base da mesa veio quebrado e trocaram, as cadeiras comprei o mostruário, na loja, o qual estavam em bom estado, porém só deu para olhar 5 cadeiras, a 6°cadeira estava em outra loja o qual me garantiram q estava ótima, nova, mas me entregaram a cadeira com a medeira trucada e o estofado cheio de manchinhas e pingos escuros, tentei trocar ou q a loja corrigisse o problema, mas não se responsabilizaram. No mínimo a loja deveria ter consciência e pelo menos higienizar essa cadeira. O vendedor e gerente da loja da Raposo Tavares me enganaram e me venderam uma cadeira diferente e inadequado com o mostruário. Mandaram muito mal e não indico essa loja de mentirosos.
I bought a sofa and a table set with 6 chairs. The base of the table came broken and they were replaced, the chairs I bought the showcase, in the store, which were in good condition, but I could only look at 5 chairs, the 6th chair was in another store which I was assured it was great, new , but they gave me the chair with the truncated wood and the upholstery full of stains and dark drips, I tried to exchange it or the store corrected the problem, but they were not responsible. At the very least, the store should be aware and at least sanitize this chair. The salesperson and manager of the Raposo Tavares store tricked me and sold me a different and inappropriate chair with the showcase. They did it very badly and I do not recommend this liars store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja não cumpri o que promete, a qualidade dos produtos são boas, porém para vender tudo é possível, alterar tamanho, vir almofadas, mas não formalizam e depois a conversa muda, se forem negociar não confiem, documentem cada detalhe sem essa de aqui o contrato é padrão, mas enviar as alterações para fábrica sabe? Isso não acontece e você ficara frustrado como eu fiquei!
Store does not fulfill what it promises, the quality of the products is good, but to sell everything it is possible, change size, come with pillows, but they do not formalize it and then the conversation changes, if you are going to negotiate do not trust, document every detail without this one here. contract is standard, but send the changes to the factory you know? That doesn't happen and you'll be frustrated like I was!
