★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima empresa, faz propaganda nas redes sociais que é tudo mentira, fizeram divulgação uma semana que hoje teria promoção de Black friday de mesa por 990 e quando você chega na loja informa que só tinha três peças para venda e que ainda as peças tinham avarias. Que tipo de promoção e essa que faz os cliente irem a lojas por 3 peças disponíveis com uma loja em SP que moram inúmeras pessoas. Mas depois vendo as reclamações do reclame aqui já entendi tudo. Sem contar que o atendimento deles é péssimo, e as pessoas que trabalham nessa empresa são ignorantes e mal educadas. Não compraria nessa loja e não indico para ninguém. Dei uma estrela para fazer o post, mas não merecem nenhuma.
 Terrible company, advertises on social media that is all a lie, they publicized a week that today they would have a Black friday table promotion for 990 and when you arrive at the store you say that they only had three pieces for sale and that the pieces still had breakdowns. What kind of promotion is this that makes customers go to stores for 3 pieces available with a store in SP where countless people live. But after seeing the claims of the claim here I understand everything. Not to mention that their service is terrible, and the people who work in this company are ignorant and poorly educated. I wouldn't buy it at this store and I don't recommend it to anyone. I gave a star for the post, but they don't deserve any.

Após a reclamação acima, e vários posts no Instagram, ME ligaram autorizando a troca do sofá, pois bem, hoje 12.06 fui na loja, falae com o "gerente" OTAVIO, que por sinal me tratou com muito DESCASO, o sofá que propuseram não estava na loja para eu ver, ninguém me avisou, pedi para escolher o tecido, ele disse que não daria pq o tecido para o sofá proposto é outro e eles não tem o mostruário ? achando que sou palhaça né, ok. Bom irritada vim para casa e vi que me bloquearam nas redes sociais! Gente que empresa é essa!!!! GOLPE TOTAL!!! Agora quero Meu dinheiro de volta e vamos começar a saga !! NAO COMPREM!!!

Well angry I came home and saw that they blocked me on social networks! People, what company is this!!!! TOTAL BLOW!!! Now I want My money back and let's start the saga !! DON'T BUY!!!

Comprei.um par de.mesinhas e pedi duas iguais, do.mesmo tamanho. Me entregaram a pequena e uma.maior. solicitei a troca. Depois de falar com 2 gerentes. Inclusive o da Unidade Raposo Tavares.muoto sem profissionalismo, desisti porque é.muita conversa fiada e no.momento de uma solicitação por parte do cliente , nada é feito.E desagradável.pois gostei muito da mesa de jantar e são móveis muito bons.
A falta de interesse em auxiliar o cliente deixa muito a desejar.nessa loja

I bought.a pair of.tables and ordered two of.the same size. They gave me the small one and a big one. I requested the exchange. After talking to 2 managers. Even the one at the Raposo Tavares Unit.I was unprofessional, I gave up because it's.a lot of small talk and when a customer requests it, nothing is done.It's unpleasant.because I really liked the dining table and the furniture is very good.
The lack of interest in helping the customer leaves a lot to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei um sofá na loja da Raposo Tavares, com promessa de entrega em até 20 dias úteis, porém, não recebi nenhuma contato e quando ligo no SAC ninguém atende.
Pensar muito em uma próxima aquisição e pelo fato não recomendo, pois achei uma baita falta de respeito com o consumidor.

Venho externar a minha insatisfação e total perplexidade com o nível comprometimento em relação ao que foi contratado com essa empresa.
Fiz uma compra em meados de setembro de um conjunto de sofás na loja que fica na Raposo Tavares com previsão de entrega para o dia 1 de novembro podendo se estender até o dia 15/11. O pedido foi entregue, parcialmente, no dia 01/11 conforme foi acordado e o restante do pedido, duas poltronas, seriam entregues no dia 15/11 o que não aconteceu, entramos em contato para entender o que tinha ocorrido e para nossa surpresa, alguém tinha colocado uma observação no pedido de que tínhamos sido avisados que a entrega das poltronas ocorreria somente no dia 10/12, porém, nunca fomos contatos por ninguém da empresa, portanto, inseriram uma informação falsa no pedido. Depois de nosso contato com o SAC da empresa via Whatsaap fomos informados que as poltronas, provavelmente, chegariam no dia 20/12, desta forma, pedimos e insistimos para que o pedido fosse entrega na data anterior 10/12 o que não foi cumprido também pelas empresa, sendo somente entregues no dia 15/12. No entanto, ao receber as poltronas notamos que não são da cor a qual compramos e uma está com defeito de fabricação pois está bamba e um dos pés está lascado.
Desta forma, se você está querendo comprar com essa loja, fique atento, pois eles não cumprem o que foi acordado e vão te trazer muita dor de cabeça assim como estamos tendo nesse momento, infelizmente.
Assim sendo, torno público a minha completa insatisfação com a empresa que possuí uma ótima estratégia de venda, mas se limitando somente a isso, pois o seu pós venda e processo de entrega deixam muito a desejar.

I come to express my dissatisfaction and total perplexity with the level of commitment in relation to what was contracted with this company.
In mid-September, I made a purchase of a set of sofas at the store located in Raposo Tavares, with delivery scheduled for November 1st, which may extend to 11/15. The order was partially delivered on 11/1 as agreed and the rest of the order, two armchairs, would be delivered on 11/15 which did not happen, we got in touch to understand what had happened and to our surprise, someone had placed a note in the order that we had been advised that the delivery of the seats would only take place on 12/10, however, we were never contacted by anyone from the company, so they inserted false information in the order. After our contact with the company's SAC via Whatsaap we were informed that the seats would probably arrive on 12/20, so we asked and insisted that the order be delivered on the previous date 12/10, which was also not fulfilled. by the companies, being only delivered on 12/15. However, upon receiving the seats, we noticed that they are not the color we bought and one is defective in manufacturing because it is wobbly and one of the feet is chipped.
Thus, if you are looking to buy with this store, be aware, as they do not fulfill what was agreed and will bring you a lot of headaches, as we are having at this moment, unfortunately.
Therefore, I make public my complete dissatisfaction with the company that has a great sales strategy, but limiting myself only to that, as its after-sales and delivery process leave a lot to be desired.
