★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou Angela, hoje fiquei muito triste ao ligar na Farmácia Via Saúde e não encontrar a Farmacêutica mais competente que essa farmácia já teve, já havia a algum tempo que estava para desistir de manipular meus medicamentos lá, mais quando fui pegar os meus últimos medicamento encontrei a Lucélia, super competente, inteligente, amorosa e leal. Foi ela que resolveu o meu problema, fico triste e indignada como uma farmácia do porte desta perder uma funcionária que sabia tudo de farmácia. Mas aconteceu, Lucélia espero que encontre logo uma outra farmácia que valorize a hiper, super farmacêutica que você é, mas eu irei te encontrar e falarei para todas as minhas amigas fazer um mutirão para te encontrar. Lamentavel senhores proprietário desta farmácia, não encontrará farmacêutica mais competente do que esta, tenho 54 anos de idade e só ela resolveu o meu problema e eu sei o que estou falando. Indignada com isso. Bjss Lú, vou t encontrar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo lugar, ao entrar na loja dá para perceber que o clima é pesado, os funcionários demonstram ter medo, receio de falar entre si ou com os responsáveis, o que transparece ser um ambiente ruim para se trabalhar.
Encomendei um medicamento e chegando lá levou-se algum tempo para achá-lo, o clima ficou tenso, tive que brincar, dizendo que estava tudo bem, para poder acalmar os ânimos.
O ambiente de trabalho precisa ser leve, do contrário, pode afastar clientes.
Repensem a cultura da empresa, consequentemente, o clima organizacional.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente desde 2007 e nunca tive problemas, pelo contrário, sempre fui MUITO BEM ATENDIDA! Todos os funcionários, sem exceção, prestam atendimento de ótima qualidade.
Os produtos são excelentes também, indico para Deus e o mundo! Tem variedade e qualidade, tanto nas manipulações quanto nos produtos que vendem na loja. Nunca fiquei sem solução para algum problema, tanto no atendimento presencial, quanto no telefônico e por whatsapp.
A localização é ótima e a farmácia tem um ambiente muito agradável, limpo, organizado, diria até aconchegante. Um lugar em que me sinto muito bem!
Decidi postar a avaliação aqui em agradecimento aos mais de 13 anos de bons serviços prestados mas, especialmente, nesses tempos de pandemia, pelo atendimento prestado ontem.
Minha mãe tem artrose e mora bem longe (bairro Sumaré), já é idosa e não a vejo desde o início de Março. Estava comprando suplemento indicado pela médica na internet e me pediu ajuda para pagar. Eu indiquei a farmácia Via Saúde e comecei a fazer cotação com eles enquanto falava com minha mãe.
Aí começou o motivo da MINHA IMENSA SATISFAÇÃO com a farmácia e o desejo de postar esse elogio! A paciência das funcionárias Cristiane e Juliana comigo e com minha mãe e o apoio técnico da maravilhosa farmacêutica Denise (que sempre me atendeu muito bem por esses longos anos) foi INCRÍVEL! Me ajudaram a desvendar a fórmula do suplemento, através de fotos e pesquisas na internet, fizeram várias cotações, me explicaram como funciona a quantidade de cápsulas a serem utilizadas, foi INCRÍVEL!!! Fechamos com a Via Saúde, claro!
Foram até um pouco psicólogas ali e nos ajudaram IMENSAMENTE!
Só tenho a AGRADECER por morar tão perto e por uma médica ter me indicado essa farmácia logo que vim morar em são Caetano!

The location is great and the pharmacy has a very pleasant, clean, organized environment, I would even say cozy. A place where I feel very good!
I decided to post the evaluation here in thanks to the more than 13 years of good services provided, but especially in these pandemic times, for the service provided yesterday.
My mother has osteoarthritis and lives far away (Sumaré neighborhood), she is already elderly and I haven't seen her since the beginning of March. I was buying supplements indicated by the doctor on the internet and asked me for help to pay. I recommended the Via Saúde pharmacy and started to quote with them while talking to my mother.
Then began the reason for MY HUGE SATISFACTION with the pharmacy and the desire to post this compliment! The patience of the employees Cristiane and Juliana with me and my mother and the technical support of the wonderful pharmacist Denise (who has always served me very well for these long years) was AMAZING! They helped me to discover the formula of the supplement, through photos and research on the internet, they made several quotations, they explained to me how the amount of capsules to be used works, it was AMAZING !!! We closed with Via Saúde, of course!
They were even a little psychologists there and helped us immensely!
I just have to THANK you for living so close and for a doctor to refer me to this pharmacy as soon as I came to live in São Caetano!
