★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiquei admirada como uma farmácia desse porte tão conceituada e com tantas pessoas desempregada pode ainda ter na sua rede de lojas, atendente que possa tratar tão mal o cliente. Fui na farmácia no dia 22/12/16. E fui tratada de maneira tão grosseira pela atendente, só por quê pedir uma caixa de um produto que estava ao alcance dela dentro do balcão, a mesma me perguntou se eu não estava vendo ela com outra cliente? de uma maneira tão grosseira que me sentir constrangida. E respondi é pq não está em meu alcance o produto, e precisa você me tratar com tanta grosseria e com falta de educação doméstica, ela me deu boa noite e me deu a costa como resposta. Fiquei muito chateada. e ainda dei um lucro a farmácia de R$ 150,00. Deveria a gerência da pague menos de Santo Antônio de Jesus rever melhor as pessoas que são contratadas. Porque no mínimo pra qualquer profissão tem que ter educação doméstica ,pra saber tratar os clientes.
 I was amazed how such a reputable pharmacy with so many unemployed people can still have in its chain of stores, attendant that can treat the customer so badly. I went to the pharmacy on 12/22/16. And I was treated so rudely by the clerk, just because asking for a box of a product that was within her reach at the counter, she asked me if I wasn't seeing her with another customer? in such a crude way that I feel embarrassed. And I said, 'Cause the product is not in my reach, and you need to treat me so rudely and lacking in domestic education, she said good night to me and gave me the coast as an answer. I was very upset. and I even made a profit at the pharmacy of $ 150.00. Saint Anthony of Jesus' payroll management should better review the people who are hired. Because at least for any profession has to have home education, to know how to treat customers.

Fui neste local hoje, 13.06.19, por volta das 13:00, procurava por atendimento do balcão de estética, e notando três funcionários na parte interna desta área, e uma funcionária passando por ali, depois de bastante tempo esperando perguntei se algum deles atendia naquela sessão, um funcionário negro, estatura mediana, careca, magro, aparentes 45 anos, me disse "Trabalho, fica ali esperando" em tom grosseiro. Voltei para o meu lugar me sentindo destratada. Esperei por cerca de oito minutos e todos passavam pelo balcão, ninguém responsável pela sessão de estética. Fiz meu caminho para ir embora falando que iria desistir, que a demora era enorme e uma funcionária de cabelos crespos cacheados e escuro, morena, aparentes 30 anos, magra e estatura mediana disse em tom de voz debochado "todo mundo aqui está trabalhando", voltei e lhe disse que ainda assim, haviam poucos clientes e nenhum responsável pelo setor estético, a mesma funcionária em tom de voz notoriamente alterado disse "não posso fazer nada, todos estão ocupados" e mesmo quando me virei para ir embora continuou em alto tom proferindo grosserias e desfazendo do que eu me queixei, em meu direito de cliente. ME SENTI LESADA. A gerência ou o dono do estabelecimento NECESSITA URGENTEMENTE ter ciência dessa situação tão constrangedora, para que não ocorra outros casos como esse. NÃO VOLTAREI A FAZER COMPRAS NESTE LOCAL E COMPARTILHAREI SOBRE MINHA PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA DE ATENDIMENTO. NOVAMENTE, PIOR ATENDIMENTO DA CIDADE.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estive nesta Farmácia ontem a tarde, atendimento péssimo, fique esperando para ser atendido por cerca de 30 minutos , só dois funcionários faziam o atendimento e um quatro outros funcionários passeando na loja sem nenhum atenção aos clientes que esperávamos nas filas . Acho que os responsáveis deveria ter mais atenção com quem realmente faz a empresa funcionar, os clientes. Péssimo atendimento, não pretendo retornar nunca mais neste estabelecimento.
I was at this Pharmacy yesterday afternoon, poor service, wait to be served for about 30 minutes, only two employees did the service and four other employees walking around the store without any attention to the customers we were waiting for in the queues. I think those responsible should pay more attention to who really makes the company work, the customers. Poor service, I do not intend to return to this establishment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A farmácia não está cheia. Tem aproximadamente seis ou sete colaboradores no atendimento, havia quatro pessoas na minha frente e demorei 51 minutos para ser atendida. Esperei porque a propaganda que eles fazem é que o preço e mais em conta.
Fui muito mal atendida pelo balconista, aparentemente irritado ou de mau humor, que pegou a receita da minha mão voltou quase 15 minutos depois e me disse: custa r$ 90.
Eu perguntei a ele quantas caixas, e ele disse uma de cada dá esse valor; ele nem sequer me deu a oportunidade ou a possibilidade de consultar valores de outros laboratórios, ou um medicamento genérico, nem sequer um desconto, simplesmente virou as costas e foi embora. fui em outra farmácia e seis caixas de apenas um medicamento ficou na faixa de r$ 100.
Resultado não recomendo: péssimo atendimento!
