★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Unidade da João Durval, em frente ao shopping, presta o pior atendimento ao público. O cliente entra, seus funcionários não se dão ao mínimo de nem se quer dar um Boa Noite, muito menos prestar um bom atendimento. Ficamos na loja, procurando os produtos, sem a ajuda de nenhum deles. Da mesma forma que nos direcionamos ao caixa e eles ficam lá no fundo, conversando e fingindo que não tem ninguém no caixa!
Estou dando uma estrela porque não tem como dar 0!
The João Durval Unit, opposite the mall, provides the worst customer service. The customer enters, its employees don't even care to say a good night, much less provide good service. We stayed in the store, looking for the products, without the help of any of them. In the same way that we go to the cashier and they are there in the back, talking and pretending that there is no one at the cashier!
I'm giving it a star because I can't give 0!
