Meu tempo vale mais do que ficar ouvindo essa AI mal feita. Seja DIRETO AO PONTO. Ou me bota pra falar com um atendente de verdade.
Unbearable when calling is the robotic voice repeating itself and talking soooo slowly. Unbearable. It fills the bag too much, I hung up and I'm going to look for another pharmacy. My time is worth more than listening to this poorly made AI. Be DIRECT TO THE POINT. Or get me to talk to a real clerk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento terrível. Fiquei 15 minutos tentando agendar um teste de Covid por telefone. Um rôbo te atende, e demora anos para listar as opções. Quando estava quase marcando, o robô simplesmente disse: "Não entendi sua resposta, vou desligar". Perdi mais uns 5 minutos tentando navegar pelas opções até conseguir falar com um atendente. Falei para ele que queria agendar um teste de covid, e ele me passou um telefone. Perguntei se não seria transferido para um robô, e ele me garantiu que não. Liguei, e era o robô novamente.
O sistema parece que foi feito da forma mais burra possível de propósito. É impossível que quem desenvolveu tenha experimentado, pois ia perceber na hora que a experiência para o cliente é horrível. Um processo que poderia durar 2 minutos, durou mais de 20.
Terrible service. I spent 15 minutes trying to schedule a Covid test over the phone. A robot serves you, and it takes years to list the options. When it was about to dial, the robot simply said, "I don't understand your answer, I'm going to hang up." I wasted another 5 minutes trying to browse the options until I was able to talk to an attendant. I told him I wanted to schedule a covid test, and he handed me a phone. I asked if I wouldn't be transferred to a robot, and he assured me I wouldn't. I called, and it was the robot again.
The system looks like it was made as dumb as possible on purpose. It is impossible that the person who developed it has tried it, as they would immediately realize that the experience for the client is horrible. A process that could take 2 minutes lasted more than 20.

A low quality service, I wanted information on where there is a Covid test and I was waiting 7 minutes with a squeaky voice of women repeating continuously and no one answering. After two calls I gave up.
