★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha um mes liguei e aguardo retorno para abrir uma ação. A secretaria me informou que devido o COVID um advogado iria me retornar, pois nao havia nenhum em loco.
Passado um mes, retornei novamente e a secretaria lembrou da minha historia e a propria disse : " A sra. Ja nos contatou, ne". Confirmei que sim há uma mes e a mesma anotou tudo de novo e alegou que retornariam ( mesma coisa que a primeira historia). Entao, obviamente, nao retornou.
Entao, avalio que para mim nao da, pq se nao ha emprenho sequer para pegar uma causa, quisa para acompanhar o meu processo assiduamente.
Desisti, obvio, pois nao posso perder a tempestividade do minha propositura.
Quanto se bons eu nao sei, quanto assuduidade cmg foram pessimos.
 A month ago I called and await feedback to open a lawsuit. The secretary informed me that due to COVID, a lawyer would return to me, as there were none in place.
After a month, I returned again and the secretary remembered my story and she said: "Mrs. Ja already contacted us, ne". I confirmed that yes there is a month and she wrote everything down again and claimed that they would return (same thing as the first story). So, obviously, he didn't return.
So, I believe that for me it is not possible, because if there is not even a loan to take a case, I want to follow my process assiduously.
I gave up, of course, because I cannot lose the timeliness of my proposal.
How much I don’t know, how much assertiveness cmg were poor.
