Team rolled up, they couldn't find my purchase on click and remove it first and then I had to go back when they finally found it. I recommend using another store pay less for this service.

Minha prioridade era aquisição de máscaras PFF2 e sorvetes para meu filho, na promoção no site, compre 4 leve 3. Enviaram o pedido sem as máscaras, não entraram em contato informando que estava em falta e ainda cobraram integralmente pelos sorvetes, sem considerar a promoção. Paguei pelo aplicativo. Quis devolver e o motoboy não aceitou. Não atendem no telefone indicado. Péssimo atendimento. Se não conseguir o cancelamento pelo app, com certeza vou entrar na justiça, porque parece que são reincidentes nesse tipo de "erro" e isso só acontece porque a maioria deixa pra lá.

My priority was the purchase of PFF2 masks and ice cream for my son, in the promotion on the website, buy 4 take 3. They sent the order without the masks, they did not get in touch informing that it was out of stock and they even charged in full for the ice cream, without considering the promotion . I paid for the app. I wanted to return it and the motoboy did not accept it. They do not answer the indicated phone. Terrible attendance. If I can't get the cancellation through the app, I'll definitely go to court, because it seems that they are repeat offenders in this type of "error" and that only happens because most people let it go.
