★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostaria de alugar uma casa com a imoboliaria. Tentei agendar algumas vezes e nunca ninguem comparecia. So consegui visitar a primeira vez pq o dono estava lá e a outra vez o pintor. Depois tentei fazer uma proposta e disseram que estava passando uma ficha e ficaram de dar um retorno no dia seguinte. Nao responderam por dias. Ate que entrei em contato com o propietario e ele disse que nao sabia de nenhuma ficha passando ou alguém interessado. Ele entrou em contato com a imobiliaria e eles responderam que nao havia mesmo ficha passando. Fizemos uma proposta, eles disseram que nao aceitavam proposta ( mas no anuncio dizia que aceitava ) mandamos outro email com outro valor e nao respondem. Eu mando whats app, email e ligo e eles nao respondem. realmente horrivel o atendimento!
I would like to rent a house with real estate. I tried to book a few times and no one ever showed up. I was only able to visit the first time because the owner was there and the other time the painter. Then I tried to make a proposal and they said they were passing a file and they were not going to get back to me the next day. They didn't respond for days. Until I contacted the owner and he said he didn't know of any chips passing or anyone interested. He contacted the real estate company and they replied that there was no form going through. We made an offer, they said they didn't accept proposal (but in the ad it said they did) we sent another email with another value and they don't respond. I send whats app, email and call and they don't respond. really horrible service!
