★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO ATENDIMENTO. Fui muito mal atendido por telefone. Atendente não fez por mais para que conquistasse o cliente. Obrigado pro deixar explícito na primeira experiência que vcs não são bons o suficiente para um bom atendimento. Melhorem os funcionários pq está caótico.
TERRIBLE ATTENDANCE. I was very poorly answered by phone. The attendant did not try to win over the customer. Thanks for making it clear in the first experience that you are not good enough for good service. Improve the employees because it is chaotic.

Fiz o pedido do remédio (que é muito caro, inclusive) e mandei foto do nome dele apenas, nem falaram "bom dia/boa tarde", já escreveram em negrito pra enviar a foto da receita inteira. Só depois de muito tempo enviaram mensagem com um "olá" e que entrariam em contato.
Ligaram, confirmei o pedido, e disseram que entregariam no dia seguinte, sem cobrança de taxa; combinei que seria no escritório onde trabalho.
No dia seguinte mandei mensagem perguntando que horas o motoqueiro viria, me informaram um horário genérico, entre 13h e 19h. Primeiro que trabalho até às 18h, segundo, não tinha como me informar a hora aproximada?
Aguardei, e nada.
Tive que sair do escritório para resolver coisas internas da empresa, e em seguida o motoqueiro chegou, por volta de 15h.
Agora terei que ir ao local, ou pagar mais 10,00 pra entregarem.
Achei o cúmulo, falta de responsabilidade e um péssimo atendimento, desde o começo.
Só não cancelo o pedido porque o veterinário disse que é o único lugar de Ribeirão que faz esse colírio, ou seja, infelizmente terei que comprar mais vezes aqui.
Não recomendo.
Customer service very bad.
I ordered the medicine (which is very expensive, including) and I sent a photo of his name only, nor did they say "good morning / good afternoon", they already wrote in bold to send the photo of the whole recipe. Only after a long time did they send a message with a "hello" and that they would contact.
They called, I confirmed the request, and they said they would deliver the next day, without charge; I agreed that it would be in the office where I work.
The next day I sent a message asking what time the biker would come, I was informed of a generic time between 13h and 19h. First I work until 6:00 p.m., second, could not tell me the approximate time?
I waited, and nothing.
I had to leave the office to sort things out of the company, and then the biker came in about 3pm.
Now I have to go to the place, or pay another 10.00 to deliver.
I found it cumbersome, lack of responsibility and poor service from the beginning.
I just do not cancel the request because the vet said it's the only place in Ribeirão that does this eye drop, that is, unfortunately I'll have to buy more here.
Would not recommend.
