★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento para entrega é péssimo. Pois o cliente só consegue ser atendido até 19:00 hs, faz o pedido e 1:30hs depois os funcionários não tendendem mais o telefone para informar se a sua medicação irá chegar ao destino ou não. Extrema falta de compromisso e respeito com o cliente.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os preços são bons e a variedade de medicamentos é ampla, mas o atendimento no caixa é demorado e, caso você queira que o seu pedido seja entregue em casa, prepare-se para ligar 50 vezes e só na 50ª vez ser atendido. Isso, para mim, é uma completa falta de respeito ao cliente. E olha que você paga pelo serviço de entrega!
