★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É impressionante a falta de vontade que as atendentes tem em tratar com o cliente. Talvez fosse o caso de qualifica-los com cursos de atendimento ao cliente. Procure o Sebrae ou o Senac. Ninguém merece ser tratado com indiferença e mau humor principalmente quem leva o dinheiro e não demanda mais nada a não ser o medicamento.
It is impressive the lack of willingness that attendants have to deal with the customer. Perhaps it was the case of qualifying them with customer service courses. Look for the Sebrae or Senac. No one deserves to be treated with indifference and bad mood especially those who take the money and demand nothing but the medicine.

Por favor, procure outras Farmácias de Manipulações, pois esta não vale a pena.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fiz o pedido de um produto (na unidade da Getúlio Vargas) e, nitidamente, não veio conforme a receita. Depois de muita conversa, se desculparam e disseram que enviariam a fórmula correta. Quando fui usar, notei que enviaram a mesma fórmula que já tinham enviado anteriormente e que não veio conforme descrito na receita. O produto não é ruim nem me prejudicou, mas não foi o indicado por meu dermatologista na receita. Se a gente paga e confia no dermatologista, vai querer usar aquilo que ele indicou, não uma fórmula genérica ao que foi pedido.
I ordered a product (at the Getúlio Vargas unit) and it clearly did not come according to the recipe. After much conversation, they apologized and said they would send the correct formula. When I went to use it, I noticed that they sent the same formula that they had already sent before and that it didn't come as described in the recipe. The product is not bad nor did it harm me, but it was not indicated by my dermatologist in the prescription. If we pay and trust the dermatologist, we will want to use what he indicated, not a generic formula that was asked for.
