★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful place however the service is severely lacking. Our waitress looked miserable and not welcoming at all. Unfortunately we will not be back, the breads did not taste fresh and noone was attentive to our needs. Very dissatisfied and would rather eat at a local smaller place where they are more welcoming and more reasonably priced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good food, but at lunch, a massive group of people lined up in front of my table for a buffet. I was heating the room, talking loudly, and ruined my meal. Suitable for breakfast, leave before 12, and all the sweaty hot people come in, and it’s gets packed and uncomfortable to be in. It wasn’t cheap either, cost me 130 reals. For that price, you need to have a better atmosphere won’t be back, and the wait staff lacked likely because they couldn’t see me with the 50 people standing in front of my table.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farro is one of the best bakeries in Rio. Their pastries both sweet and savory are out of this world. I strongly suggest you to try their cinnamon rolls— you’ll thank me later. The cruffins were yummy too, specially the Romeo & Julieta.
Tip: Don’t forget to pay before you order! ?

Please do visit if you’re around this area. Great bakery section with sourdough bread and delicious desserts. They run a buffet during lunchtime and sell pizzas in the evening. Service is great and the food tastes amazing as well. Interior is modern and European.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We traveled to Rio from Eastern Europe and have been here for over a week. Farro had the best coffee, pastry and sweets by far! Their croque Monsieur was very delicious and gigantic. Staff very friendly, clean and good free WiFi with spots to charge phone/tablets etc.
Not a Brazilian experience but a very very good cafe! :)
