Nesse lugar até hoje está sendo horrível, tem 3 mês que comprei um carro lá só fez o documento agora, pq eu fiquei no pé do gerente da loja, pq se fosse pra esperar até meu carro estaria com o documento vencido, não gostei do atendimento, em questão dá mecânica deles horrível levei meu duas vezes pra eles verem e o carro ficou do mesmo jeito, não trocaram nada disseram que trocaram ,mas não fizeram nada ,foi eu que troquei as peças do carro, , não índico pra ninguém, vá em outros lugares... até hj dor de cabeça

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito mal estou com o carro aqui pra pode transferi por meu nome e ele não pagou as 6 multa que tem no carro e que q eu mando 8000 reais sendo que essa compra tinha cancelado mais ele não cancelouai ele pediu pra mim arruma uma pessoa pra pode asumi as dívida eu arrumei ele falou que ia paga as de 48 ele ia paga as 6 que já estava atrasado aí pra não mete ele na justiça aí eu arrumei peguei o carro sem frio com o estepe todo estourado sem embreagem cheguei gastei 1900 aí eu falei pra ele pq estava demorando pra tranferir ele falou que já estava transferindo quando eu fui ver ele falou que tinha 6 multa no carro e agora ele que q eu paguei as 6 multa não sei oque eu faço só Deus eu não recomendo ninguém essa loja essa estrela aí não vale nada eu só dei uma pq c não as mensagem não vão brigado

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O dono Romerito está me enrolando até agora estavamos apalavrados que ele iria arrumar o carro em 30 dias não cumpriu com a sua palavra estou sem o veículo sem a nota fiscal a mais de 60 dias já paguei 2 parcelas do carro e estou sem o mesmo não recomendando a ninguém ele pediu pra retirar a reclamação e estou colocando novamente pois não solucionaram o meu problema

Fiz a compra de um carro tem 6 meses e temos dor de cabeça até hoje.
O dono não tem palavra, não cumpre com o que diz, o carro veio com vários defeitos o mesmo disse que arrumaria que iria trocar as peças.
Deixamos na mecânica dele mais de 4 vezes e nunca fizeram nada, pra falar que não fizeram trocaram um peça por outra pior.
Uma das vezes o carro ficou parado mais de 15 dias, carro tem multas.
Já conversamos várias vezes com o gerente, com o dono e nada só promessas, levamos advogado lá pra tentar entrar em um acordo e nada. Meu esposo já conversou várias e várias vezes com ele pra não sair no prejuízo nem a gente e nem ele mais não resolveu.
Enfim última fui no escritório do Celso Russomano para tentar resolver por lá, entramos com ação.
Não índico a compra nesta loja, e os que foram lesionado corra atrás não espere.
