★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um excelente Banco e com funcionários educados e prestativos, sempre disponíveis ao público, mesmo sem conta/corrente nas agências.
Acho um despautério reclamarem de espera, de filas quando o mesmo reclamante já esperou em outros bancos o mesmo tempo para atendimento e sem a educação e presteza dos funcionários da CEF.
Todas as Agências da Caixa em Teresópolis são nota 10!
 An excellent Bank with polite and helpful employees, always available to the public, even without a bank account.
I think it is a shamelessness to complain about waiting, queuing when the same claimant has already waited in other banks for the same time for assistance and without the education and promptness of CEF employees.
All Caixa branches in Teresópolis are rated 10!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento ao cliente. Agência 4650, falar com o gerente do se tiver algum conhecimento com eles se nao cai edoetar de 4 a 5 hiras pra ser mal atendidos.
Bad customer service. Branch 4650, talk to the manager if you have any knowledge with them if you don't fall from 4 to 5 hiras to be poorly attended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um banco em que depositei toda a confiança ao abrir a conta em 2007 para futuramente financiar meu primeiro imóvel quando a condição surgisse. Porém ocorre que a melhor proposta veio do Itaú e um banco no qual NUNCA tive conta.
E hoje tento, sem sucesso, um retorno da agência de Teresópolis, a do centro, pelo telefone, só chama.
Caixa, infelizmente, se é que vocês se importam com o cliente, vocês perderam mais um.
A bank in which I placed all confidence when I opened my account in 2007 to finance my first property in the future when the condition arose. However, it turns out that the best proposal came from Itaú and a bank that I have NEVER had an account with.
And today I try unsuccessfully to get a return from the Teresópolis agency, the one in the center, over the phone, just call.
Caixa, unfortunately, if you care about the customer, you missed one more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Um verdadeiro absurdo essa caixa econômica Federal de Teresópolis agência 4650. Total falta de respeito com o cliente. Repugnante a maneira como Somos tratados. O erro é deles ou do sistema e eu q fiquei esperando para eles resolverem o erro.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo, um passa para o outro sem saber se o canal sabe resolver o problema do cliente, pessoas desqualificadas que estão apenas se garantindo para ficarem encostados pelo governo, digo isso tanto a Gerente geral Priscila de Balneário Camboriú, quanto o atendente do WhatsApp da agencia de Teresópolis André Fernandes Ferreira. Estarei ingressando com um processo em pequenas causas contra a Caixa Econômica Federal.
(Infelizmente tive que dar 1 estrela)
Terrible service, one passes on to the other without knowing if the channel knows how to solve the customer's problem, disqualified people who are just guaranteeing themselves to be backed by the government, I say this to both the General Manager Priscila de Balneário Camboriú, and the WhatsApp attendant at agency of Teresópolis André Fernandes Ferreira. I will be filing a small claims lawsuit against Caixa Econômica Federal.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca consigo falar com.o meu gerente, tenho 70 anos e pra saber alguma coisa tenho que ir na Caixa , que está sempre lotada. Ficar na fila de idosos,sem cadeira. Esperando a atendente passar para saber o que preciso. Bem desagradável.
