Cargo arrived damaged but it was inside the package, it was not the fault of the carrier, which by the way provided a great transport service and helped me to solve my problem

Delivery was made before the deadline, everything came just right, well packaged and protected, the couriers were extremely attentive, great experience.

Poor quality of service. They don't answer the phone, lie about delivery status and schedule. They make problem solving difficult. Vitória, an attendant, has no competence for service and solution. I do not recommend the company. Too much delay, not reliable.

Só prazo que não cumprem. Falam que minha região é fora de rota, então porquê pegam para entregar???? Péssimo, pessimo
They have my order since the 10/03th and today is the 06/04th and nothing of my order. If you want to get angry, hire this phone service company that doesn't solve anything. Just deadlines they don't meet. They say my region is off the beaten track, so why take it to deliver???? bad, bad

Não atende telefone, quando atende depois de 10 tentativas, pede um minuto e te deixa 20 minutos em linha sem ao menos um retorno.
O rastreio é um lixo e não condiz com a realidade visto que consta que saiu para entrega e fazem 4 dias que não entregam, penso que deve estar vindo de carroça.
Jamais volto a fazer negócio com essa empresa, se tivesse ZERO estrelas essa seria uma que estaria zerada!!!
Desrespeito total ao cliente!

He doesn't answer the phone, when he answers after 10 attempts, he asks for a minute and leaves you on the line for 20 minutes without even a return.
The tracking is rubbish and doesn't match reality since it says it went out for delivery and it hasn't been delivered for 4 days, I think it must be coming by wagon.
I will never do business with this company again, if it had ZERO stars this would be one that would be zero!!!
Total disrespect for the customer!
