★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não cumprem com o combinado, estou aguardando um produto desde o dia 21/03 (data máxima informada para entrega seria dia 01/04) que de acordo com a informação que passaram foi que não conseguiram contato, não conseguiram porque nem tentaram.
Cada vez que ligo informam uma data diferente para entrega, já deram desculpa de que o caminhão quebrou, , dizem que é a primeira entrega a ser feita pelo motorista, 11:00hrs e ainda nada. Muita falta de respeito.
Terrible service, they do not comply with the agreement, I have been waiting for a product since the 21/03th (maximum date informed for delivery would be the 01/04th) which according to the information they gave was that they were unable to contact, they could not because they did not even try .
Every time I call they inform a different date for delivery, they already gave excuse that the truck broke down, they say it is the first delivery to be made by the driver, 11:00 hrs and still nothing. Much disrespect.
