Estå com minha mercadoria à 3 dias depois do prazo e ainda não entregaram, não atendem ligaçÔes e Whatsapp, com se a transportadora não existisse
Não façam negócios com este tipo de empresa

â â â â â PĂ©ssimo, nĂŁo trabalhem com essa transportadora, atrasaram duas semanas a minha entrega de um mesa, entregaram na cidade errada e finalmente quando conseguiram entregar, entregaram sem o suporte e toda trincada.
NĂO respondem email e nem Whatsapp.
Too bad, don't work with that carrier, they delayed my delivery of a table two weeks, they delivered it to the wrong city and finally when they managed to deliver it, they delivered it without the support and every crack.

â â â â â A empresa nĂŁo entrega a mercadoria no prazo, era pra ser entregue no dia 08/12 , colocaram que ouve 2 tentativas de entrega , alĂ©m de ter gente todos os dias em casa, eles mesmo me passaram que o atraso estĂĄ ocorrendo porque um caminhĂŁo deles quebrou em outro estado, uma enrolação , uma mentira atrĂĄs da outra. A mercadoria estĂĄ a 12 dias em atraso. Se puderem evitar a empresa , evitem.
The company does not deliver the goods on time, it was to be delivered on 12/08, they said that they hear 2 delivery attempts, in addition to having people at home every day, they even told me that the delay is occurring because their truck broke into another state, a twist, one lie after another. â â â â â Receberam minha encomenda da UX Delivery, que foi contratada pela Estrela 10 mas terceirizaram o serviço. Agora, minha encomenda que era para 08/12 estĂĄ parada nesta empresa. Que fica a apenas 14 km da minha residĂȘncia, mas nĂŁo tĂȘm a menor organização ou vontade de fazer a entrega. Depois falam que o serviço privado Ă© melhor que o pĂșblico. Essa empresa privada Ă© horrĂvel. Apesar da resposta aĂ embaixo, mantenho minha avaliação. A FLOG recebeu de forma 'emergencial' como disseram minha encomenda, e diante da 'emergĂȘncia' deixou minha encomenda parada em um estoque a 14 km da minha residĂȘncia. Finalmente recebi minha encomenda no dia 14/12. A Flog parece estar preocupada com sua reputação. Ao contrĂĄrio da Estrela 10 e da UX Delivery.
