Good store, but I'm having trouble changing a wrong delivered chair. The expected date was the second week of January and until FEB 08 has not been resolved. I call salesman D ..., from the Jardim Botânico store, and it is always the same speech: "Didn't they call you to make the exchange? This week they will contact you".
