★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito insatisfeito com o atendimento e com o forno Barcelona que comprei. Muito mais barato que a concorrência, mas muito mais dor de cabeça também. Para começar, ele não esquenta por igual o fundo e frente da porta. Daí tem que ficar mexendo nos pães durante o assamento. Tive várias vindas de assistência técnica logo no primeiro ano de compra. Reparos que pedem outros reparos. Isso quando marcam e o técnico só vem no dia seguinte. Não comprarei mais nada da Ferri, pode ter certeza. Esta semana meu forno teve problema de parar o vapor, o técnico veio (um dia depois do combinado, é claro) e fez um reparo terrível, o forno ficou pior! Ele foi embora meio às pressas e disse que não ia esperar o forno esquentar para testar o vapor de fato, mas podiar ficar tranquilo que ele funcionaria. Conclusão: ele foi embora, esperei o forno esquentar e claro que o vapor não estava funcionando, além de agora o forno vazar água pela estrutura. Que desastre, é de enfurecer um cliente! Estou aguardando virem reparar o dano. Precisam treinar melhor seus técnicos!!
Very dissatisfied with the service and the Barcelona oven I bought. Much cheaper than the competition, but much more headache as well. For starters, he doesn't even warm the bottom and front of the door. Hence you have to keep stirring the bread during baking. I had a lot of technical assistance coming in the first year of purchase. Repairs that require other repairs. That's when they book and the coach only comes the next day. I won't buy anything more from Ferri, you can be sure. This week my oven had a problem stopping the steam, the technician came (a day after the deal, of course) and made a terrible repair, the oven got worse! He hurried off and said he wasn't going to wait for the oven to warm up to actually test the steam, but rest assured that it would work. Conclusion: He left, I waited for the oven to heat up and of course the steam was not working, and now the oven leaks water through the structure. What a disaster it is to enrage a customer! I'm waiting for the damage to be repaired. They need to better train their technicians !!

Só comprei da Ferri porque eles garantiram que tinha assistência na minha cidade, mais uma mentira! Depois de muito sufoco, eles me enviaram um novo forno, que JÁ VEIO com problema! Chamei um técnico para fazer a instalação e ele constatou que já veio com defeito de fábrica. Esperei o retorno das atividades para resolver e mais uma vez, uma decepção! Tive um prejuízo absurdo no mês em que seria o melhor, não consegui produzir para vender e fazer valer o investimento, não consegui gravar os cursos online que ele seria usado e além de tudo isso, estou com 2 equipamentos estragados em casa, a empresa não se responsabiliza pela retirada e ainda quer fazer o reembolso em 14 dias, sendo que paguei via PIX! Pior negócio que já fiz, 1 estrela porque não da pra dar nenhuma.
Terrible experience! I bought a book for my work that in less than 2 months broke. I only bought from Ferri because they guaranteed that they had assistance in my city, another lie! After a lot of struggle, they sent me a new oven, which ALREADY CAME with a problem! I called a technician to do the installation and he found that it came with a factory defect. I waited for the return of activities to resolve and once again, a disappointment! I had an absurd loss in the month in which it would be the best, I couldn't produce to sell and make the investment worthwhile, I couldn't record the online courses that it would be used and in addition to all that, I have 2 broken equipment at home, the company doesn't is responsible for the withdrawal and still wants to make the refund within 14 days, and I paid via PIX! Worst deal I've ever done, 1 star because I can't give any.
