Respeitando a data agendada, voltei no dia seguinte, antreguei a guia médica para atendente. ela me pediu para aguardar por volta de 15 minutos e depois me informou que não atendia meu convênio.
Antendente me perguntou no primeiro contato meu convênio.
Uma falta de respeito com os clientes.

time evaluations told me it was on another date, I respected it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive uma fratura em duas vértebras, e as minhas visitas na clínica estavam sendo proveitosas enquanto era atendido pelo Alexandre. Depois de mudar de horário e portanto de fisioterapeuta, as visitas se tornaram indiferentes, não notando nenhuma melhora após as sessões, já que não fui ao menos examinado pelos outros fisioterapeutas e me passavam exercícios de idosos, onde não tinha nenhuma mobilidade e que não eram focados na região da minha lesão.
I had a fracture in two vertebrae, and my visits to the clinic were paying off while being treated by Alexandre. After changing the time and therefore the physiotherapist, the visits became indifferent, not noticing any improvement after the sessions, since I was not even examined by the other physiotherapists and I was given exercises by the elderly, where I had no mobility and who were not focused on the region of my injury.
