 company I work for bought a Fiorino 0KM was asked to add rain gutters They stained the car around the gutter Probably Glue and in the Review they still lost the complete car manual kit....

Minha péssima experiência foi com o pos venda, em menos de 3 meses meu carro apresentou problema e o um dos responsáveis por manutenção precisa de treinamento para lidar com cliente, foi grosseiro e desnecessário. Perdeu cliente, se eu precisar comprar um novo veículo ou indicar para um amigo, darei preferência para outra loja.
Wonderful sellers, I was well attended throughout the sales process. My bad experience was with the after sales, in less than 3 months my car had a problem and the one responsible for maintenance needs training to deal with the customer, he was rude and unnecessary. Lost customer, if I need to buy a new vehicle or recommend to a friend, I will prefer another store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A loja em e muito boa carros zero e usados mas o pos venda e muito ruim digo isso pq comprei um carro usado la demorou uns 15 dias para me entregar e não fizeram praticamente nada no veículo. E ainda me disseram que se eu levar em um mecânico pra mecher perco os 3 meses de garantia oferecido pela loja recentemente levei o carro lá ficou o dia inteiro e só apagaram o código de erro mais nada não arrumaram o problema tenho que voltar lá e perder mais 1 dia sem carro. Total desrespeito com o cliente além de outras coisas. Foi minha primeira compra no grupo Sinal é fiquei muito chateado e insatisfeito.
The store in is very good new and used cars but the after sale is very bad I say that because I bought a used car there it took about 15 days to deliver to me and they did practically nothing to the vehicle. And they even told me that if I take it to a mechanic to fix it I lose the 3 months warranty offered by the store I recently took the car there it stayed all day and they just erased the error code but nothing else fixed the problem I have to go back there and lose it 1 more day without a car. Total disrespect for the customer among other things. It was my first purchase in the Sinal group and I was very upset and dissatisfied.
