★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Grosseiros e muito mal educados no atendimento. Trabalho realizado de forma inacabada.. típica queimada clandestina em área de reserva proxima de casa, literalmente colada ao muro. Nos atendem mal, informam que estão trabalhando no local o que era uma evidente mentira ja que eu estava dentro da fumaça e nao havia ninguém tentando controlar e agora, 14/09/19 às 20.10 ainda existem focos queimando com árvores ja caidas em brasas e o vento dissipando fagulhas por toda parte!
????? "excelente serviço"! Se fosse uma área plenamente ocupada vai se saber o que aconteceria. Pelo visto nem isso se é mais confiável nesse país!
Terceira vez que acontece no MESMO local sem qualquer interferência.
A novela deve estar boa no quartel.
Rude and very rude in service. Work done unfinished .. typical clandestine burn in a reserve area near the house, literally glued to the wall. They serve us badly, informing that they are working on the site which was an obvious lie as I was in the smoke and there was no one trying to control and now, 14/09/19 at 20.10 there are still fires burning with trees already fallen in embers the wind dissipating sparks everywhere!
????? "excellent service"! If it were a fully occupied area you will know what would happen. Apparently this is not even more reliable in this country!
Third time it happens in the SAME place without any interference.
The soap opera must be good in the barracks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei na terça-feira dia 23/07/2019 com o terreno pegando foto, todos os bombeiros estavam ocupados, pessoas se machucaram para ajudar a apagar o fogo. No dia seguinte, em um bairro próximo ao meu, aconteceu a mesma coisa em um terreno de pessoas conhecidas. Todos entendemos que estavam ocupados, porém alguém podia ter se ferido gravemente, estávamos precisando do Corpo de Bombeiro de Jundiaí e não fomos atendidos. Lamentável.
I called on Tuesday 23/07/2019 with the ground taking a picture, all the firemen were busy, people were injured to help put out the fire. The next day, in a neighborhood close to mine, the same thing happened on a lot of known people. We all understood that they were busy, but someone could have been seriously injured, we were in need of the Fire Department of Jundiaí and we were not attended to. Unfortunate.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No dia 02/10/19 por volta das 14h30 minha mãe, uma idosa de 77 anos, foi atendida pelos bombeiros que estavam de plantão com suspeita de fratura de fêmur após uma queda da própria altura em sua residência.
Infelizmente no calor da situação eu não peguei os nomes dos bombeiros, mas gostaria de deixar aqui registrado o meu especial agradecimento a esses verdadeiros heróis que com tão poucos recursos de pessoal e material conseguem prestar um atendimento de excelência. Minha gratidão eterna.
On 10/2/19 around 2:30 pm my mother, a 77-year-old woman, was assisted by firefighters on duty with suspected femur fractures after a fall from her own height at her residence.
Unfortunately in the heat of the situation I did not catch the names of the firefighters, but I would like to register here my special thanks to those true heroes who with so little staff and material resources can provide excellent service. My eternal gratitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência nesse lugar,não tem como explicar, meu pai serviu essa corporação ,aposentou e hj não está mais entre nós mas tenho muitas lembranças ,pois ia sempre com ele passava o dia com todos ,e com a cachorrinha suzy,uma experiência que jamais irei esquecer!
My experience in this place, there is no way to explain it, my father served this corporation, he retired and today he is no longer with us but I have many memories, because I always used to go with him and spent the day with everyone, and with the dog suzy, an experience that I had never I will forget!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O Corpo de Bombeiros em Jundiaí é extremamente importante devido ao crescimento da região e a existência da Serra do Japi e outras áreas de mata. Mas não conseguem dar conta de tudo em períodos de estiagem. Todo ano vários incêndios ocorrem dentro do município de Jundiaí e a corporação não consegue dar conta de todas as chamadas e não recebem auxílio da parte do Estado, por exemplo, com helicópteros para ajudar no combate às chamas (raras vezes Jundiaí teve apoio de helicóptero para apagar incêndios). Os profissionais locais são experientes e atenciosos, não há o que reclamar, pelo menos de minha parte quando precisei e fiz alertas, fui atendido. O único problema é o número de profissionais, precisaria ser maior e com mais veículos. São sete cidades que compõem o Aglomerado Urbano e boa parte delas conta somente com bombeiros voluntários, dependendo da ocorrência e porte do incêndio estas cidades dependem de Jundiaí. Outro ponto importante, bombeiros não trabalham somente em combate a incêndios, atendem várias ocorrências. O governo estadual é extremamente negligente nesta área para melhor estruturá-la.
The Fire Department in Jundiaí is extremely important due to the growth of the region and the existence of Serra do Japi and other forest areas. But they are unable to cope with everything during periods of drought. Every year several fires occur within the municipality of Jundiaí and the corporation is unable to handle all calls and does not receive assistance from the State, for example, with helicopters to help fight the flames (rarely did Jundiaí have helicopter support for firefighting). The local professionals are experienced and attentive, there is nothing to complain about, at least on my part when I needed and made alerts, I was attended to. The only problem is the number of professionals, it would need to be larger and with more vehicles. There are seven cities that make up the Urban Agglomerate and most of them have only volunteer firefighters, depending on the occurrence and size of the fire, these cities depend on Jundiaí. Another important point, firefighters do not only work in fighting fires, they attend to several occurrences. The state government is extremely negligent in this area to better structure it.
