★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu espero do fundo do meu coração, que vocês nunca precisem da empresa Fisio Med do Rudge Ramos, após comprar um aparelho aspirador por telefone, fiz a retirada do produto pela loja, levei o produto para casa e lá vi que o produto era fraco e não ia ser suficiente para o meu uso, entrei em contato com a empresa pedindo a troca do produto afinal eu estava dentro dos dias pra para devolução que são de 7 dias, e falaram que não iria efetuar a troca, pois bem, chamei uma viatura de polícia até o local, e mesmo com a polícia no local a gerente, disse que não iria fazer a devolução do dinheiro, e que era pra eu procurar os meus direitos, eu falei ok, fui até a delegacia de polícia e registrei o fato, e vou processar a empresa. O código de defesa do consumidor não se aplica na Fisio Med.
I hope from the bottom of my heart that you will never need Rudge Ramos’s Fisio Med company, after buying a vacuum cleaner by phone, I removed the product from the store, took the product home and there I saw that the product was weak and it was not going to be enough for my use, I contacted the company asking to exchange the product after all I was within the days to return it, which is 7 days, and they said I would not make the exchange, well, I called a car from the police to the location, and even with the police on site, the manager said he would not return the money, and that I was supposed to look for my rights, I said ok, I went to the police station and recorded the fact , and I will sue the company. The consumer protection code does not apply at Fisio Med.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ consultei os comentarios antes de ligar na loja, vi varias reclamaçoes . ainda assim liguei para fazer uma locaçao... fui atendida por Fabio, que solicitou meus dados e depois de cinco minutos me retornou dizendo que meu cadastro nao tinha sido aprovado, sendo que eu faria o pagamento em dinheiro e nao tenho nenhuma restriçao em meu cpf. Fiquei muito nervosa e visto que varios comentarios sao negativos gostaria de entrar em contato com estes para sabermos quao Legal seria esta consulto para os consumidores....aguardo contatos ou manifestaçoes........ obrigada. ao despor.

O aparelho foi retirado por motoboy.
Ao usar o aspirador, percebi que é fraco e não me atende.
Tudo isso em menos de uma semana.
A loja não quer trocar o aparelho por um mais forte (eu pago a diferença) ou devolver o dinheiro e recomendaram eu procurar os meus direitos. Eu irei mesmo.
Atendimento péssimo, e fere o código CDC.
Serão processados.
Comprei um aspirador mais forte em outro lugar e de outra marca.
