★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima, pessoas sem responsabilidade e comprometimento, falta de respeito com o cliente, deixei o sapato para colocar salto, o mesmo era da minha mae que havia quebrado o fêmur e era urgente pois precisaria de um salto, respeitei o prazo de duas semanas sem questionar, nem sequer me avisaram que o calçado NÃO estava pronto, liguei para me informar e aí a decepção, avisaram naquele momento que nem haviam começado o trabalho, lamentavel....
 Terrible experience, people without responsibility and commitment, lack of respect for the customer, I left the shoe to put on heels, it was my mother's who had broken the femur and it was urgent because I would need a heel, I respected the deadline of two weeks without questioning, they didn't even tell me that the shoes were NOT ready, I called to inform myself and then the disappointment, they told me at that moment that they hadn't even started the work, it was regrettable....
