★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ontem na data do dia 17/01/2022 fui treinar era aproximadamente 21:00, entrei para treinar com ó Gympass normal, treinei e tudo mais. Hoje dia 18 cheguei mais cedo por volta das 20:30 e fui notificado pela recepcionista que não aceitaria o Gympass após as 18 horas. Questionei o porque se no dia anterior o dono da academia (Fernando) me liberou pra treinar e não falou nada a respeito desta “regra”. A mesma disse que o Gympass paga 4,75 pra academia que até mesmo os treinos não tem acompanhamento de um profissional por conta deste valor de recebimento. Indaguei que não fui notificado nada e que ontem tinha treinado mais tarde, a recepcionista disse verificar com o dono e me avisaria se pode ou não treinar após as 18 horas , me liberou. No meio do meu treino vem me comunicar que não libera Gympass após as 18.
Acho um absurdo pois na descrição do Gympass não informa nada de horário que é válido treinar ou coisa do tipo. Acredito que quem tenha Gympass seja por conta da facilidade , disponibilidade de horário sem ter vinculo algum com nenhuma academia que te limita a regras.
 Yesterday on the date of 01/17/2022 I went to train at approximately 21:00, I went in to train with the normal Gympass, I trained and everything. Today the 18th I arrived early around 8:30 pm and I was notified by the receptionist that I would not accept the Gympass after 6 pm. I asked why if the day before the gym owner (Fernando) released me to train and didn't say anything about this “rule”. The same said that Gympass pays 4.75 for the gym that even the training is not accompanied by a professional because of this amount of receipt. I asked that I was not notified and that yesterday I had trained later, the receptionist said to check with the owner and let me know whether or not I can train after 18:00, released me. In the middle of my training, he comes to inform me that he doesn't release Gympass after 6 pm.
I think it's absurd because in the description of Gympass it doesn't say anything about the time that it's valid to train or something like that. I believe that whoever has Gympass is because of the ease, availability of schedule without having any connection with any gym that limits you to rules.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, eu acesso as academias pelo gympass eles colocam regras que não existe, exemplo quem for após as 17:40 não pode entrar, instrutor só para quem paga mensalidade.
Eu penso da seguinte forma se você acha que recebe pouco do app, e só não aceitar na sua academia.
Too bad, I access the gyms through the gympass they put rules that don't exist, for example anyone who goes after 5:40 can't enter, instructor only for those who pay monthly.
I think of it this way if you think you receive little from the app, and just don't accept it at your gym.
