Quando iniciei as aulas não tinha disposição e nem saúde física para nenhuma outra atividade, cheia de dores, hoje estou mais forte, flexível e com alongamento muito melhor, tenho mais energia e minhas dores praticamente não existem mais. Além disso esse lugar abençoado dispõe de terapias alternativas (acupuntura, auriculoterapia, etc) as quais já fiz uso e ainda faço, facilitando ainda mais no tratamento e recuperação. Super recomendo esse local e as atividades
Fantastic place, great space, wonderful teacher. When I started classes I didn't have the mood or physical health for any other activity, full of pain, today I'm stronger, flexible and with much better stretching, I have more energy and my pain practically doesn't exist anymore. In addition, this blessed place has alternative therapies (acupuncture, auriculotherapy, etc.) which I have already used and still do, making treatment and recovery even easier. I highly recommend this place and the activities
