★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O drive thru é completamente desorganizado. Eles marcam o carro com um número e mandam estacionar, mas os enfermeiros não atendem os carros pela ordem de chegada. Nunca vi um sistema pior que esse.
 Drive thru is completely disorganized. They mark the car with a number and have it parked, but the nurses do not attend the cars in order of arrival. I have never seen a system worse than this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SAC do Fleury não atende, atendem e ficam mudo. Se recusam a me encaminhar o resultado de paternidade por email, por motoboy ou pessoalmente na unidade de Campinas.
Fleury's SAC does not answer, they answer and remain silent. They refuse to send me the paternity result by email, by motoboy or in person at the Campinas unit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente o atendimento presencial está deixando muito a desejar, está pior que o SUS! Não tinha ninguém na fila, os atendentes conversando entre si, e a gente esperando o atendimento! Depois que passamos pela primeira fase do atendimento, ficamos esperando outro tanto para a próxima fase! Que vergonha! Que desleixo! Que relaxo!
Unfortunately, in-person service is leaving a lot to be desired, it's worse than SUS! There was no one in line, the attendants were talking to each other, and we were waiting for the service! After we went through the first phase of the service, we were waiting as much for the next phase! What a shame! How sloppy! How relaxing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Liguei para pedir uma informação, e a atendente queria meu número de CPF, como não achei pertinente, ela simplesmente desligou sem me informar!! Absurdo!! Não recomendo este laboratório, visto que já somos mau atendidos por telefone, i agora pessoalmente.
I called to ask for information, and the attendant wanted my CPF number, as I didn't find it relevant, she just hung up without informing me!! Absurd!! I do not recommend this laboratory, as we are already poorly attended over the phone, i now in person.

Exames agendados com espera de mais de 1 hora sem aviso.
Segundo exame em menos de uma semana que a espera supera 1 hora. Achei falta de respeito, porque agendar então? Enfim, bora para o Einstein.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otima unidade e muito bom atendimento de todos os funcionários, há anos que a utilizo e sempre gostei. No entanto acho que a empresa poderia investir mais em funcionários da área de enfermagem pois, além dos que eu achava ótimos não estarem mais lá, a última que me atendeu, apesar de muito atenciosa, parecia não ter muita experiência. Enfim, gosto muito do Fleury Alphaville mas acho que poderiam valorizar e manter os enfermeiros e técnicos melhores e com mais experiência
Great unit and very good service from all the staff, I've been using it for years and always liked it. However, I think the company could invest more in nursing staff because, in addition to the ones that I thought were great are no longer there, the last one who attended to me, despite being very attentive, did not seem to have much experience. Anyway, I really like Fleury Alphaville but I think they could value and keep better and more experienced nurses and technicians

Atendimento em todos os setores muito bom, beirando a excelência. Todos simpáticos e que deixam vc bem a vontade, ora conversando amenidades, ora explicando os procedimentos. Nesta última visita, estive na área Kids. Local limpo e bem cuidado. Precisando de um bom laboratório? Pode confiar neste.
Located in Alphaville, this unit I consider the best of all. Easy parking, if needed, valet parking is available. Service in all sectors very good, verging on excellence. Everyone is friendly and makes you feel comfortable, sometimes talking about amenities, sometimes explaining the procedures. On this last visit, I was in the Kids area. Clean and well maintained place. In need of a good lab? You can trust this one.
