I don't even give that one star, I just gave it to be able to make a comment. The service via Whatsapp is horrible, they take hours to answer and when they answer they don't finish the request. I do not recommend it at all, without professionalism!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Há anos, faço medicamentos na Floraderm do Centro-Niteroi, sempre fui bem atendida na lj fisica ou whatsapp. Pode demorar as vezes pelo zap, mais ai dá uma cutucada neles q eles respondem. Sempre faço meu orçamento em outros lugares e acabo fazendo lá. Atendimento da funcionária Daniele é otimo.
I've been doing medication for years at Floraderm in Centro-Niteroi, I've always been well served by the physical lj or whatsapp. It can take a while for the zap, but then it gives them a nudge that they respond. I always make my budget elsewhere and end up doing it there. Daniele's service is great.
