★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Farmácia péssima, atendimento zero. Demoram na entrega da medicação. Hoje fazem 10 dias que entreguei a receita da medicação e o remédio não fica pronto nunca. Liga lá e eles dão desculpas. FARMACIA LIXO.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pedi um medicamento para aplicar nas unhas, e quando chegou, veio em um frasco para comprimidos. Poderiam ter enviado em um frasco conta gotas ou spray para facilitar a aplicação (ainda bem que achei aqui no bairro e já troquei o recipiente).
Fica a dica ao estabelecimento, enviar num recipiente que facilite a aplicação. Parece besta mas faz a diferença para o cliente....
I asked for medicine to apply to my nails, and when it arrived, it came in a pill bottle. They could have sent it in a dropper or spray bottle to facilitate application (I'm glad I found it here in the neighborhood and already changed the container).
It is a tip to the establishment, send in a container that facilitates the application. It sounds stupid but it makes a difference for the customer....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A farmácia era uma maravilha, mas já fazem pelo menos 6 meses que tenho problemas seguidos com a entrega! E o pior é que não resolvem, inventam alguma desculpa. Estou deixando de ser cliente, não recomendo para outras pessoas
The pharmacy was wonderful, but it's been at least 6 months since I've had problems with delivery! And the worst thing is that they don't solve it, they invent some excuse. I'm no longer a customer, I don't recommend it to other people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento péssimo via Whatsap. Não respondem nada. Um absurdo a falta de competência e profissionalismo. Esses dias fui pessoalmente levar uma receita para um possível orçamento, fiquei um tempão e as atendentes batendo papo e simplesmente ignoravam os clientes.
Terrible service via whatsapp. They don't answer anything. The lack of competence and professionalism is absurd. These days I personally went to take a recipe for a possible budget, I stayed a long time and the attendants chatted and simply ignored the customers.
