★ ★ ★ ★ ★ É preciso agendar horário mas o agendamento não funciona. Cheguei no horário e tive que aguardar mais de 50 minutos do lado de fora do prédio (nem passar pela portaria eu pude).
Realmente decepcionante o atendimento ao cliente.
Não recomendo.
You need to schedule an appointment but the schedule doesn't work. I arrived on time and had to wait more than 50 minutes outside the building (I couldn't even go through the concierge).
Really disappointing customer service.
I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paguei caro pelo aluguel da roupa, me disseram que era só ir buscar e quando cheguei tinha mais de 10 pessoas aguardando para serem atendidas.
A informação correta seria que na hora de buscar não é só buscar e sim por ordem de chegada, porque a pessoa sai na hora do almoço para ir buscar e tem que aguardar o atendimento de todas as outras para retirar o traje.
E todos os padrinhos do casamento que só buscaram a roupa e não tiveram tempo de experimentar antes os sapatos que ou estava apertado, ou estava velho e largo demais.

Uma dica ao estabelecimento: se vocês não tem como acomodar/atender todos os clientes, não marquem o mesmo horário para todos.
Long delay to be served. I can't even say that I had a “chair tea” because I waited 1 hour on my feet.
A tip to the establishment: if you can't accommodate / serve all customers, don't schedule the same time for everyone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Roupas boas, pagamos 200$ no aluguel da calça bege mais blusão branco e o suspensório. Fomos em uma segunda feira porém infelizmente só tinha um rapaz atendendo, o que dificultou um pouco e demoramos mais de 40 minutos só para subir, porque tivemos que aguardar na recepção devido ao espaço ser pequeno. Fora que nas segundas costumam ser mais corridos, porque junta as pessoas que estão devolvendo as roupas do final de semana e quem quer experimentar para alugar. Fora essa situação, o local é bem legal e as roupas são de qualidade!
Good clothes, we paid 200$ to rent the beige pants plus white jacket and suspenders. We went on a Monday but unfortunately there was only one guy working, which made it a little difficult and it took us more than 40 minutes just to go up, because we had to wait at the reception due to the small space. Not to mention that on Mondays they tend to be more busy, because it brings together people who are returning their weekend clothes and those who want to try it on for rent. Apart from this situation, the place is very nice and the clothes are of quality!

An excellent experience. Exclusive and cozy atmosphere, different from conventional stores. Everything was super well thought out to make the bride and groom comfortable.
The suits are beautiful and the store has a wide variety of colors, styles and sizes at a very fair price. Top service from Alexandre and João Pedro.
I made an appointment and was attended to on time.
Between a good coffee, chatting about fashion and style, we put together my outfit with ease. The place has paid parking.
