★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Acabei criando expectativas e me decepcionei. Avaliação muito básica e incompleta sem analise postural, registro foto para acompanhamento de evolução, ergonomia ou cárdico. Dieta bem fora dos meus padrões, sem perguntar sobre intolerâncias ou rotina. Informei 45minutos de disponibilidade para treino, mas me passaram uma ficha padrão de mais de 1 hora que não foi explicada.
O profissional ficou tanto tempo mexendo no celular que conseguiu anotar uma diferença de 10cm de espessura de um ati-braço para o outro.
Realmente saí desmotivado e decepcionado após pagar um alto valor pela “avaliação”.
Dica, procure profissionais e não figuras de Instagram.
ps.. ainda aguardando a nota fiscal da consulta.
I ended up creating expectations and was disappointed. Very basic and incomplete assessment without postural analysis, photo recording for monitoring evolution, ergonomics or cardio. Diet well outside my standards, without asking about intolerance or routine. I informed 45 minutes of availability for training, but I was given a standard form of more than 1 hour that was not explained.
The professional spent so much time on his cell phone that he managed to note a difference of 10 cm in thickness from one arm to the other.
I really left unmotivated and disappointed after paying a high price for the "evaluation".
Tip, look for professionals and not Instagram figures.
ps .. still waiting for the invoice for the consultation.
