★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Academia com ótima estrutura, profissionais atenciosos e muito receptivos, equipamentos completos. Piscina de 25 metros aquecida , top demais. No meu caso, faço natação e malho esporadicamente. Sobre a natação, professores comprometidos com a aula, e atendimento individualizado (tipo de treino do aluno). Só tenho a agradecer.
 Gym with great structure, attentive and very receptive professionals, complete equipment. 25 meter heated pool, too top. In my case, I swim and work out sporadically. About swimming, teachers committed to the class, and individualized service (type of student training). I can only thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bom pela piscina. O problema é que ela é quente no verão e fria no inverno. O resto da academia é muito ruim. As esteiras devem ter uns 15 ou 20 anos de idade, e a maioria está bem torta. Os aparelhos da musculacao sao todos antigos e estragam com frequência. A mensalidade é muito cara para o que se oferece
Good by the pool. The problem is that it is hot in summer and cold in winter. The rest of the gym is really bad. The treadmills must be about 15 or 20 years old, and most are quite crooked. The weight machines are all old and often spoil. Tuition is very expensive for what you offer

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Os profissionais desta academia são muito gabaritados, te dão total atenção. O que está deixando a desejar são os aparelhos, por exemplo:
No spinning as bicicletas são velhas, não tem manutenção e muitas estão estragadas;
No circuito aeróbico como esteiras e elíptico os aparelhos são velhos e muitos deles estão enferrujados;
No vestiário masculino os ganchos de pendurar roupas e toalhas a maioria estão quebrados e sem contar que quando todos os chuveiros estão ligados a água diminui.
Fiquei 3 anos fora desta academia e ao retornar os problemas continuam os mesmos.
O diferencial desta academia são os profissionais e a piscina que é muito Boa!
The professionals at this academy are highly qualified, they give you full attention. What is lacking are the devices, for example:
In spinning the bikes are old, have no maintenance and many are damaged;
In the aerobic circuit, such as treadmills and elliptical, the devices are old and many of them are rusty;
In the men's locker room the hooks for hanging clothes and towels are mostly broken and not to mention that when all the showers are on, the water decreases.
I was 3 years out of this academy and when I return the problems remain the same.
The advantage of this academy is the professionals and the swimming pool which is very good!

The owner of the gym, Gilsinho ... Super receptive and nice people. You can train hard, the gym is not crowded and is well ventilated. I really like it and recommend it!
