A internet é ruim e oscila muito, não existe suporte técnico e se você não for esperto eles te cobram 70r$ de visita técnica e não resolve nada.
Não dá pra entender como uma empresa com essas atitudes ainda está no mercado.

The internet is bad and fluctuates a lot, there is no technical support and if you're not smart they charge you 70r$ for a technical visit and it doesn't solve anything.
It is impossible to understand how a company with these attitudes is still in the market.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A conexão é péssima, o suporte também não fica atrás. Eu tinha Oi, troquei pela FNT, achando que seria maravilhoso, por ser fibra ótica, mas fiquei frustrada e decepcionada. A internet oscila, quando não cai de vez, além do suporte técnico ser terrível (que é pelo whatsapp), porque só atendem quando querem, quando atendem. O técnico Francis chegou a dizer que eu deveria chamar um técnico para ver meus aparelhos, porque todos estavam com defeito, porque a conexão estava perfeita (pra ele, né?). Estou saindo dessa empresa, porque não aguento mais. Não adianta reclamar.
The connection is bad, the support is also not far behind. I had Hi, I switched to FNT, thinking it would be wonderful, because it was fiber optics, but I was frustrated and disappointed. The internet fluctuates, when it doesn't go down for good, and the technical support is terrible (which is through whatsapp), because they only answer when they want, when they do. The technician Francis even said that I should call a technician to see my devices, because they were all defective, because the connection was perfect (for him, right?). I'm leaving this company because I can't take it anymore. No use complaining.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Boa empresa fornecedora de internet por cabo de fibra ótica, ainda nova em operação, mas precisa agilizar mais as demandas dos assinantes, num sentido geral é boa, tem uma tendência em evoluir bastante.
A good fiber optic cable internet provider, still new in operation, but needs to streamline subscriber demands, in a general sense it is good, it has a tendency to evolve a lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tem que ter mais atenção com cliente que paga o salário de vcs! Quando a Internet cai, não retornam para dizer o problema, se não ligar fico sem serviço o tempo todo! Agora inventam de cobrar 70 reais por visita que é um absurdo e sem necessidade! Tem que melhorar o atendimento! Tem que mandar a fatura e sem precisar pedir!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento ao cliente é péssimo. Agendamos visita técnica e não existe um horário específico que o técnico irá na sua ksa (diurno, matutino, noturno por exemplo) temos que ficar o dia todo por conta …. Falta de profissionalismo . Atendimento via What’s app péssimo tb!
Bora reclamar na Anantel para ver se muda este tipo de tratamento.
Customer service is lousy. We schedule a technical visit and there is no specific time that the technician will go to your ksa (day, morning, night for example) we have to stay all day on our own …. Lack of professionalism . Service via What's app is terrible too!
