★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento. Liguei dia 19/10/2020 e fui informada pela recepcionista Joana Valim, que estava lotado e que teria que esperar pra ser atendida. Como estava entrando no Medical Center resolvi ir pessoalmente agendar a Tomografia e pra minha surpresa não havia NINGUÉM na clínica.
O telefone toca sem atendimento ...a recepcionista estava resolvendo problemas com seu plano de saúde e assim continuou....
Pedi o laudo por e.mail e a resposta foi que eu teria que ir pessoalmente buscar. Como me foi entregue login e senha...hoje tentei puxar o laudo que não está disponível....
Assim como a atendente, o técnico de RX tb tem presa e é antipático.... desse jeito... essa Clínica vai à falência.....uma pena!
Terrible attendance. I called on 10/19/2020 and was informed by the receptionist Joana Valim, who was full and would have to wait to be answered. As I was entering the Medical Center I decided to go in person to schedule the CT scan and to my surprise there was NO ONE at the clinic.
The phone rings without answering ... the receptionist was solving problems with her health plan and so it continued ....
I asked for the report by e.mail and the answer was that I would have to pick it up personally. As I was given login and password ... today I tried to pull the report that is not available ....
Like the attendant, the X-ray technician also has prey and is unsympathetic .... like that ... this Clinic goes bankrupt ..... a pity!

I did my panoramic x-ray and it was super fast, I paid R$80.00. It's on a first come, first served basis!

O técnico fez em menos de 5 minutos, correndo de qq jeito e machucou minha boca toda.
Não há supervisor/gerente no local e a atendente debochou da minha queixa: "Tudo bem. Assina aí."
A clínica tb ñ segue protocolos contra COVID 19 e debocham disso tb: "Tsc."
Só fui embora pq o nível é baixíssimo.
I had a periapical exam and they asked me to schedule it because it would be long.
The technician did it in less than 5 minutes, running anyway and hurt my whole mouth.
There is no supervisor/manager on site and the attendant scoffed at my complaint: "Okay. Sign it."
The clinic also doesn't follow protocols against COVID 19 and they make fun of it too: "Tsc."
I only left because the level is very low.
