★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A falta de organização impera no local. Há atendentes destinados a prioridade que ficam sem nada fazer enquanto os casos de "não prioridade" aguardam mais de uma hora para ser atendido. A demora é vergonhosa e inaceitável. Fora o tratamento diferenciado para quem é assistido por convênio médico e por aqueles que pagarão o exame diretamente ao laboratório.
 The lack of organization prevails in the place. There are attendants assigned to priority who do nothing while "non-priority" cases wait more than an hour to be answered. The delay is shameful and unacceptable. Apart from the differentiated treatment for those who are assisted by medical insurance and for those who will pay the exam directly to the laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui fazer um ecocardiograma,fui super bem atendida, sem qualquer problema. Tanto as atendentes como o médico que realizou o exame super atenciosos. E ainda peguei o resultado no mesmo dia. Fiquei muito satisfeita.
I went for an echocardiogram, I was super well attended, without any problems. Both the attendants and the doctor who performed the examination were super attentive. And I still got the result on the same day. I was very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não adianta ter 4 atendentes para receber milhares de pessoas para fazer exame e ter 3 profissionais para fazer a colher o sangue e outros. Cheguei aqui e esperei tanto que passou o período máximo de 12 horas de jejum.
Fatalmente meu exame vai sair com diferença

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uma grande falta de organização! Foi a primeira vez que fui e esperei 2h só pra fazer o cadastro da coleta de sangue, nunca mais volto! As atendentes são lentas e não usam adequadamente o critério de atendimento prioritário e comum. LUGAR PÉSSIMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Infelizmente é o mais próximo de onde moro. Para fazer qualquer exame a demora é de pelo menos 1h. Dos 5 guichês de atendimento, 3 ficam quase sempre vazios. Por isso já forma fila grande desde às 7h da manhã.
A equipe trabalha desmotivada, parece até atendimento do Detran. Lâmina e Sérgio Franco são melhores aqui na região.
Unfortunately it's the closest to where I live. It takes at least 1 hour to take any exam. Of the 5 service counters, 3 are almost always empty. That's why there's been a long queue since 7 am.
The team works unmotivated, it even seems like the Detran service. Lâmina and Sérgio Franco are better here in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência PÉSSIMA!!! Se puderem, passe BEM LONGE desse laboratório! Principalmente da unidade do RECREIO! Fui no sábado, dia 12 de março de 2022, fazer um exame de Pool de prolactina, e esse exame requer três coletas com intervalo de 30min. cada. Chequei ao laboratório por volta das 10h mais ou menos e me deram a senha. Eu como leiga não sabia dessa peculiaridade desse exame, mas o laboratório deveria saber e ter me informado assim que cheguei e peguei a senha, pois informei o exame que iria fazer. Simplesmente mais de uma 1h aguardando pra fazer o exame, no momento da coleta a profissional foi se informar como faria a coleta haja vista que o laboratório fecharia às 11:00h e não faria mais coleta após esse horário. Olha vou te falar viu... Fizeram eu esperar mais de 1h para dizer que não poderiam coletar o meu sangue para o exame, para eu voltar na segunda-feira. Esse pessoal precisa saber que "RESPEITO é bom e TODOS gostam!" Essa unidade do Bronstein que fica no Medical Center deveria encerrar as atividades! Pois além de prestar um DESSERVIÇO a comunidade do Recreio, a pessoa que é responsável pelo laboratório não tem a menor empatia pelos clientes! Chega ser assustador como ela atende os clientes. Deveria passar por uma reciclagem para ocupar a posição que ocupa. Por fim, se você não tiver opção de outros bons laboratórios pela região como Lâmina (EXCELENTE!), o Sergio Franco, que atende muito bem também vá lá mesmo e conte com a sorte ou até que a direção geral do Bronstein entenda que tem que melhorar com a qualidade do atendimento da unidade do Recreio. Não querendo ser injusta com a prestadora de serviço da unidade de nome Sara, pois parece que foi a única que ficou super constrangida por não poder me atender, e mostrou desconforto com o ocorrido. Hoje dia 14 de março, segunda-feira, claro que NÃO retornei ao Bronstein unidade do Recreio! Conforme sugerido pela responsável da unidade. Fui no Laboratório SERGIO FRANCO e fui SUPER BEM ATENDIDA!!! Nota MIL para o Laboratório SERGIO FRANCO!!! SUPER INDICO!!! E o LÂMINA na Barra, MARAVILHOSO também!!! Podem ir de olhos fechados!!! E quanto ao Bronstein da unidade do Recreio FUJAM!!! Passem LONGE!!! O mais longe possível se puderem!!!
TERRIBLE experience!!! If you can, go FAR AWAY from this lab! Mainly from the RECREIO unit! I went on Saturday, March 12, 2022, for a Prolactin Pool exam, and this exam requires three collections with an interval of 30min. each. I arrived at the lab around 10 am or so and I was given the password. As a layman, I didn't know about this peculiarity of this exam, but the laboratory should have known and informed me as soon as I arrived and got the password, because I informed the exam I was going to do. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência horrível! Fiz o agendamento on LINE para teste de COVID conforme as orientações da empresa, inclusive anexei o pedido médico. Cheguei lá apresentei o mesmo pedido anteriormente enviado mas impresso, aí me informaram que não aceitavam aquela forma de pedido. E ainda debochadamente a atendente disse que eu havia agendado errado, eu respondi que seria bem possível pois não sou desta área e não tenho obrigação de saber mas a empresa deveria ter no mínimo conferido tudo o que me pediram e que informei no agendamento on LINE do exame e dado um retorno prévio. Perdi tempo, dinheiro e energia. Uma outra atendente insinuou que eu estava mentindo pois em março em fui neste laboratório, apresentei o mesmo modelo de requisição e fui atendida! A Supervisora....nada! Vá somente se for a última das últimas opções. Sai de lá e fui testar na rede pública. Fui atendida em menos de 1 hora e o resultado sairá hoje! Melhorem ou fechem as portas, tá vergonhasa a atuação de vcs!
Horrible experience! I made the online appointment for the COVID test according to the company's guidelines, including the medical request. I wasted time, money and energy. Another attendant insinuated that I was lying because in March I went to this laboratory, presented the same request model and was answered! The Supervisor....nothing! Go only if it's the last of the last options. I left there and went to test on the public network. I was attended in less than 1 hour and the result will come out today! Improve or close the doors, your performance is shameful!
