★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radiografia do paciente errado. Não recomendo. Cheguei hoje para minha consulta com a dentista e ela insistiu comigo que eu não tinha nenhum dos sisos, mas eu sei que tenho 2 e não tenho nenhuma restauração, quando comparou com as outras radiografias que tinha pedido ela identificou que enviaram a radiografia errada, não era a minha mas tinha meu nome. Segundo a dentista essa mesma clínica já trocou resultados de pacientes antes, problema gravíssimo, porque isso pode fazer um paciente sofrer uma cirurgia sem necessidade.
 Radiography of the wrong patient. Would not recommend. I arrived today for my appointment with the dentist and she insisted that I did not have any of the staff, but I know I have 2 and I have no restoration, when compared with the other X-rays I had requested she identified that they sent the wrong radiograph, It was mine but it had my name. According to the dentist, this same clinic has already changed patient results before, a very serious problem, because this can make a patient undergo surgery without need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Já estive nas unidades Barra e Centro, em atendimentos para mim e para minha família. Sempre fomos muito bem atendidos. Equipe simpática, instalações novíssimas e anos de tradição. A clínica foi muito bem recomendada pelo meu dentista que informou ter confiança total neles. Recomendo!
I have been to the Barra and Centro units, taking care of myself and my family. We have always been very well attended. Friendly staff, brand new facilities and years of tradition. The clinic was highly recommended by my dentist who reported having complete confidence in them. I recommend!

There's no use in a beautiful clinic if it doesn't work. I waited 50 minutes from the scheduled time and they didn't even call to sign.

Já tive problema com envio de nota fiscal. Não recomendo.
Zero appointment with appointment. They scheduled a lot of patients but there is no employee to attend because they are at lunch
I've had a problem with sending the invoice. I do not recommend.

Perdi uma tarde inteira em função do agendamento de um exame para chegar lá e ainda ter que aguardar meia hora até descobrir que não atendiam meu plano (sendo que me confirmaram por telefone que atendiam no dia anterior). Tive que pagar estacionamento e gasolina para nada, além da perda de tempo e a não resolução do meu problema, que era urgente. Absurda essa falha de comunicação!
Terrible attendance! I lost an entire afternoon due to scheduling an exam to get there and still having to wait half an hour to find out that they didn't meet my plan (and they confirmed to me by phone that they did the day before). I had to pay for parking and gas for nothing other than wasting time and not solving my problem, which was urgent. This miscommunication is absurd!
