Hoje neste dia foi desobrigado por decreto o uso de máscaras, circulei por todo o shopping, inclusive dentro das lojas, aí entrei na forever circulei aí uma funcionária que já me atendeu outrora passou por mim me viu sem máscara e NÃO me abordou, seguiu em frente, continuei circulando uma funcionária dobrava algumas roupas na mesa, ela me abordou e disse moça a máscara eu respondi educadamente, moça foi desobrigado o uso hoje e peguei para mostrar o decreto a ela, ela simplesmente mal olhou o decreto é respondeu grosseiramente, ah se NÃO quiser por não poe. Eu disse muito obrigada e continuei circulando. Eu trabalho há 20 anos com atendimento ao cliente, já trabalhei com atendimento telefônico e com atendimento loja física e NUNCA, JAMAIS tratei um cliente assim com grosseria ou sendo rude desta maneira, faltou empatia, educação, gentileza e humanidade. Nota 0 para esta funcionária. Well it's usually always good but today March 17, 2022 was NOT cool. I said thank you so much and kept circling. I've been working with customer service for 20 years, I've worked with phone service and physical store service and NEVER, EVER treated a customer like that with rudeness or being rude in this way, lacked empathy, education, kindness and humanity. Note 0 for this employee.
