People I am a client not even 2 months ago and I regretted it, it doesn’t arrive and never reached even half of what was promised and every night it falls or stops almost, absurd.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uso a forteconnect faz um tempo. mas esses ultimos 4 dias me decepcionou. caindo a cada 30 minutos (quedas rapidas). Eu jogo jogos online e o meu preferido mudou sua letencia de 60 ms para 200 nesses 4 dias.
Use of forteconnect for a while. but those last 4 days let me down. falling every 30 minutes (rapid drops). I play online games and my favorite has changed its latency from 60 ms to 200 in those 4 days.

My experience with this company was the best possible! I'm leaving after 3 years for personal reasons but in all the time that I could enjoy their work, I was always very well attended, whenever I needed it, they always supported me, with a respectful service from the company to the client and they were always very efficient with work and not only with technical work, but also human. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Devido a falta de suporte técnico e falhas constantes no sinal solicitei o cancelamento. Problemas existem em todo os setores de prestação de serviços contudo a forma como se resolve é que se faz a diferença.
Um suporte técnico que não consegue dar uma solução para o problema. Falhas constantes com tempo de solução que estrapola o prazo razoável.
Não se tem suporte finais semana. Um canal de atendimento eletrônico sem utilidade. Não recomendo

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No início a Internet era estável e funcionava bem... hoje em dia eu chego em casa às 18h e quase todo dia a Internet fica oscilando, se eu tiver num cômodo diferente do hoteador já não funciona direito...
Não sei se em outras ruas é melhor, mas aqui em casa não ta nada legal...
In the beginning, the Internet was stable and worked well... nowadays I get home at 6:00 pm and almost every day the Internet is oscillating, if I have a room other than the hotel, it doesn't work right anymore...
I don't know if it's better on other streets, but here at home it's not cool at all...
