★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo mês tenho algum problema com vcs, a Internet sempre cai, mês passado foi porque vcs me passaram o código de conta errado e fiquei mais de 4 horas tentando resolver com vcs a questão do pagamento porque tinham cancelado a Internet e hoje a Internet caiu e a minha namorada que usa o computador tá sem a Internet e o celular, dá última vez o atendimento foi o pior que tive na vida porque um funcionário simplesmente me ignorou, sinceramente não falta muito pra eu trocar de forcenecedora.
Every month I have a problem with you, the Internet always goes down, last month it was because you gave me the wrong account code and I spent more than 4 hours trying to resolve the payment issue with you because they had canceled the Internet and today the Internet went down and my girlfriend who uses the computer is without the internet and cell phone, last time the service was the worst I had in my life because an employee simply ignored me, honestly it won't be long before I change suppliers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento de vocês é péssimo, isso precisa ser melhorado urgentemente. Seja contratando novos profissionais ou oferecendo suporte e treinamento para a equipe de vocês. Trabalho com atendimento ao cliente e o serviço de vocês é inaceitável… Demorei 4 horas para ser atendida pelo financeiro e durante o atendimento tive minha conversa encerrada sem ao menos me perguntarem se eu precisa tratar algum outro assunto. Experiência péssima.
Your service is terrible, this needs to be improved urgently. Whether hiring new professionals or providing support and training for your team. I work with customer service and your service is unacceptable… It took me 4 hours to be answered by the finance department and during the service I had my conversation closed without even being asked if I need to deal with any other matter. Bad experience.
