★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experiência péssima. A única coisa boa de lá é o atendimento dos garçons. Meu esposo fez o prato no a vontade, vieram criar caso com ele , porque eu e minha filha pegamos um pedaço de carne no prato dele. Após isso meu marido nem voltou pra comer o que tinha por direito. Restaurante de coreanos que fica expecionando os funcionários e clientes o tempo todo. Detalhe estávamos comemorando aniversário de casamento. Eu não volto e nem recomendo.
 Lousy experience. The only good thing there is the service from the waiters. My husband made the dish at will, they came to make an affair with him, because my daughter and I took a piece of meat on his plate. After that my husband didn't even come back to eat what he was entitled to. Korean restaurant that is always on the lookout for staff and customers. Detail we were celebrating wedding anniversary. I don't come back and I don't recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comida muito ruim (19/07/21) … carne fria e dura. Peixe ruim . Juro que antes de chegar em casa precisei passar na farmácia para comprar um sal de fruta . Odeio pagar “caro “ e comer mal . O meu dinheiro eu ganho com muito sacrifício e o que se esperava de um restaurante como esse era um mínimo de respeito e dignidade com uma comida boa. O intitulado risoto de frango, não parecia nem arroz de forno . Misericórdia !! Só de pensar já estou passando mal .
Very bad food (7/19/21) … cold and tough meat. Bad fish. I swear that before I got home I had to go to the pharmacy to buy some fruit salt. I hate to pay “expensive” and eat badly. I earn my money with a lot of sacrifice and what was expected from a restaurant like this was a minimum of respect and dignity with good food. The titled chicken risotto didn't even look like oven rice. Compassion !! Just thinking about it, I'm feeling sick.

Eu sinceramente não gostei da comida e nem do atendimento.
Foram todos muito educados comigo, mas o atendimento deixou a desejar, vou pontuar algumas coisas, espero que minha avaliação não seja apagada novamente:
Comida cara - não pelo preço, mas pelo valor recebido. Preço é o que você paga, valor é o que você recebe, não vale o preço.
Ar condicionado forte esfria a comida assim que voce senta na mesa.
Carne de churrasco tem cara de ser processada e não tem gosto, bife de alcatra que peguei estava super duro.
Serviço de garçom - Sentei na mesa e o primeiro garçom apareceu depois de 15 minutos em que estava sentado, além do que eles não voltam na mesa para ver se está tudo bem (isso é ruim até para a receita do restaurante, se o garçom não pergunta, deixa de faturar pedido), fora isso a gente não quer ficar gritando "ôôô garçommmm", um olhar e um aceno de mão precisa ser suficiente, eles viram as costas, acredito que pela correria, mas pelo preço pago o atendimento deveria ser cinco estrelas.
Quando fui em 2018 era show, a qualidade deixou a desejar.
I went to Fratelli in the last week of February 2021.
I honestly did not like the food or the service.
They were all very polite to me, but the service left something to be desired, I will point out a few things, I hope my assessment is not deleted again:
Expensive food - not for the price, but for the value received. Price is what you pay, value is what you get, not worth the price.
Strong air conditioning cools the food as soon as you sit at the table.
Barbecue meat has the face of being processed and has no taste, rump steak that I got was super tough.
Waiter service - I sat down at the table and the first waiter showed up after 15 minutes of sitting, plus they don't come back to the table to see if everything is fine (this is bad even for the restaurant's recipe, if the waiter doesn't asks, stop asking for orders), other than that we don’t want to be shouting "ôôô waitressmmmm", a look and a wave of the hand needs to be enough, they turn their backs, I believe that due to the rush, but for the price paid the service should be five stars.
When I went in 2018 it was a show, the quality left something to be desired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Em pleno mês, de dezembro, shopping lotado, praça de alimentação caótica...faz anos que frequento esse shopping e hoje foi a primeira vez que optei por almoçar no Frateli.
Gostaria de registrar os meus elogios aos funcionários, desde a moça que fica na porta, as meninas do caixa e os garçons, todos muito educados e atenciosos. Além disso a comida é gostosa e o preço é muito justo!
In the middle of the month, in December, a crowded mall, a chaotic food court... I have been going to this mall for years and today was the first time I chose to have lunch at Frateli.
I would like to register my compliments to the employees, from the girl who stands at the door, the cashiers and the waiters, all very polite and attentive. Furthermore, the food is delicious and the price is very fair!

A princípio eu e meu esposo chegamos para comer com receio de como seria, mas a moça que dá informações logo de entrada super nos recepcionou bem e já nos deixou super a vontade explicando tudo direitinho de como funcionava o Buffet, churrasco (À VONTADE) e a sobremesa.
Você só não pode consumir nada externo dentro do estabelecimento, eles ficam sempre de olho. rsrsrs
A comida em temperatura ótima, você pode levantar quantas vezes quiser para colocar no prato o que quiser, pegar churrasco a vontade, A CARNE é simplesmente a melhor que já comi na vida, super molinha e saborosa, realmente muito gostosa, e até a sobremesa você se serve a quantidade desejada.
Nós amamos este lugar, os garçons super atenciosos, sempre que eu for ao shopping irei almoçar neste estabelecimento, vocês são nota 1.000

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE!
At first my husband and I arrived to eat with fear of what it would be like, but the girl who gives us information right from the start welcomed us very well and made us feel at ease, explaining everything in detail about how the Buffet, barbecue (ONLY) and the dessert.
You just can't consume anything external inside the establishment, they always keep an eye on it. Hahaha
The food is at an optimal temperature, you can get up as many times as you want to put on the plate whatever you want, barbecue at will, THE MEAT is simply the best I've ever had in my life, super soft and tasty, really very tasty, and even the dessert you serve yourself the desired amount.
We love this place, the waiters are super attentive, whenever I go to the mall I will have lunch at this establishment, you guys are 1,000
I was super satisfied and so was my husband. !!

Fui com minha namorada e não tenho Oq reclamar.
Tem 2 opções por kilo que custa em média 8 reais e coma a vontade por 80 reais(sobremesa inclusa e CHURRASCO -fraldinha, coração, linguiça,maminha,baby bife,contra filé e acho que era só isso)
Minha namorada pegou macarrão alho e óleo, pantera, maionese ( SEGUNDO ELA ESTAVA MARAVILHOSA MUITO SABOROSA E APARENTANDO LEGUMES FRESCOS,deliciosa) salada de vinagrete e grão de bico e churrasco
Eu comi strogonoff e os mimos “sushis” de comida japonesa que eles tinham enroladinho de arroz com salmão grelhado, e todasss as opções de churrasco, o churrasco estava maravilhosoooooo juntamente com ó strogonoff de carne MUITO BOM.
O churrasco não estava salgado, a carne era bem passada, um ou outro estava duro ,mas nada que impeça de mastigar.
Pedimos tbm 2 sucos naturais de limão o como como se vê na foto era grande. Durou toda refeição, falo isso pq bebo bastante enquanto como.
Tem a opção de jarra de suco GARANTO QUE VALE A PENA PEGAR A JARRA ELA É ENORME.
Eles tbm tem rodízio de pizza por volta de40 reais(se a pizza for tão boa quanto a comida, vale a pena)
SOBREMESAS: provamos todas o PUDIM MARAVILHOSOOOOO MUITO GOSTOSO
Bolo de chocolate sensacional, não tenho como descrever melhor.
Cheesecake de limão. Muito bom para quem gosta de limão equilibro com doce de leite
OBS:O DOCE DE LEITE DELES E BOM, consiste e nada enjoativo, tamo que o pudim ficou numa consistência maravilhosa
Mouse de maracujá: sensacional muito gostoso
E o manjar gostoso, mas acho que faltou um pouquinho de coco seco.

The restaurant is very good:
I went with my girlfriend and I have nothing to complain about.
There are 2 options per kilo that cost on average 8 reais and eat as you like for 80 reais (dessert included and BBQ -diaper, heart, sausage, titty, baby steak, against fillet and I think that was it)
My girlfriend got garlic and oil noodles, panther, mayonnaise (ACCORDING TO SHE WAS WONDERFUL VERY TASTY AND LOOKING FRESH VEGETABLES, delicious) vinaigrette and chickpea salad and BBQ
I had stroganoff and the Japanese food “sushi” treats that they had rice rolls with grilled salmon, and all the barbecue options, the barbecue was wonderful along with the meat stroganoff VERY GOOD.
The barbecue was not salty, the meat was well done, one or the other was hard, but nothing that prevented chewing.
We also ordered 2 natural lemon juices, as you can see in the photo, it was big. It lasted the whole meal, I say that because I drink a lot while eating.
It has the option of a jug of juice I GUARANTEE IT IS WORTH GETTING THE JUG IT IS HUGE.
They also have all-you-can-eat pizza for around 40 reais (if the pizza is as good as the food, it's worth it)
DESSERTS: we tried all the WONDERFUL PUDDING SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO stakeholders
Amazing chocolate cake, I can't describe it better.
Lemon Cheesecake. Very good for those who like lemon balance with dulce de leche
OBS: THEIR SWEET MILK IS GOOD, it's solid and not cloying, so the pudding had a wonderful consistency
Passion fruit mouse: sensational very tasty
And the delicious delicacy, but I think it lacked a little bit of dry coconut.
