Horrible service, value in advertising one and value in the other box, too long, little person the box screams not talk only god, poor service even ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muito ruim, lanche oleoso, batata encharcada de óleo. Há uns 5 anos atrás era bom, mas caiu absurdamente a qualidade, nunca mais.
Too bad, oily snack, oil-soaked potato. About 5 years ago it was good, but the quality dropped absurdly, never again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não sou cliente deles, porém nesse dia (14/05/19) pensei em mudar o meu cardapio, e fui comprar dois lanches, para mim e minha esposa. Mas fomos muito mal atendidos. A pessoa parecia não querer explicar direito como eram os lanches, por fim, fiz o pedido. Mas olha só, o rapaz tirou o pedido errado!!!!! Pedi 1 BXP DUPLO e 1 BXP SIMPLES. Veio dois simples. Só percebi qdo fui comer!!! KKKK fiquei ainda com fome!!!! Nunca mais!!! sat563895.
I'm not their client, but on that day (05/05/19) I thought about changing my menu, and went to buy two snacks, for me and my wife. But we were very poorly attended. The person did not seem to want to explain properly how the snacks were, at last I made the request. But look, the boy took the wrong request !!!!! I ordered 1 DOUBLE BXP and 1 SIMPLE BXP. There came two simple ones. I only realized when I went to eat !!! KKKK I was still hungry !!!! Never again !!! sat563895.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Melhor lanche que já comi em toda minha vida pois eu não ligo se demora pois eu sei que e tudo feito na hora por isso demora em breve voltarei pra comer mais pena que engordar RS mais eu não tenho nada a reclamar .
Best snack I've ever eaten in my entire life because I don't care if it takes too long because I know it's all done on time so it will soon be back to eat more pity than put on weight RS but I have nothing to complain about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gosto muito de comer aqui, mas hoje fiquei decepcionado com a qualidade da comida e com as alternativas sugeridas pela atendende.
Aprecio um contra filé com fritas e ovo, arroz e feijão, pedi esse prato que veio com um bife minúsculo e todo queimado e com gosto de chapa suja. Pedi pra trocar o bife e atendente após consultar a cozinha, me disse que todos bifes estavam congelados e iria demorar 40 minutos. Como eu poderia ficar com o meu prato esperando 40 minutos pela mistura. Acho que o cozinheiro estava de mau humor porque o bife a parmegiana da minha mulher também estava torrado.
Lamentável essa atitude, vc paga pra comer bem e não qualquer coisa que te servem. Nem no restaurante popular que vc paga 1,00 na refeição tem esse problema, aliás lá é muito bom.
I really enjoy eating here, but today I was disappointed with the quality of the food and the alternatives suggested by the attendant.
I enjoy a steak with fries and egg, rice and beans, I ordered this dish that came with a tiny steak, all burned and tasted like a dirty plate. I asked to change the steak and the attendant, after consulting the kitchen, told me that all the steaks were frozen and it would take 40 minutes. How could I keep my plate waiting 40 minutes for the mixture. I think the cook was in a bad mood because my wife's steak and parmigiana was also toasted.
This attitude is regrettable, you pay to eat well and not anything that serves you. Not even in the popular restaurant where you pay 1.00 for the meal does it have this problem, in fact it is very good there.
