★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet funciona de segunda a sexta. Atendimento de péssima qualidade e quando solicitamos uma visita técnica, a informação é que a conexão naquele momento está ótima, que se o técnico for até o local e não tiver nenhum problema, será cobrado uma taxa de 90,00.
Nos informam que o cabeamento está sendo trocado para fibra e que para uma melhor conexão podemos adquirir um novo plano, porem é necessário pagar uma nova taxa de instalação.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Faz um mês e alguns dias q estou utilizando. Logo na solicitação, tive um problema para agendar que relato. Como em dia de semana trabalho, tentei ajustar um horario para estar presente na instalação, mas informaram que isso não é possivel, pois trabalham com periodos.
Ai vamos aos pontos.
Primeiro ponto: eles não permitem " tocar no equipamento em comodato", entendo a questão da fibra, logo a instalação tem que ser muito bem feita para não ter nehum problema referente a posição ou aonde ficará o conversor e o modem. No meu caso, não estava em casa, minha esposa que não conhece das coisas, deixou o instalador realizara o serviço aonde eu havia orientado pra ela mostrar pra ele. A instalação foi de forma vergonhosa, além de quebrar o cabamento da parede com martelo e pregos, sujaram a parede toda. Vc da empresa, olhas fotos do chamado OPA2021287. Ja me deram dor de cabeça no primeiro dia, pq tive q pedir para ajustar. Pessoa veio, arrumou da forma correta, só nao tamparam os buracos e não limparam a parede. Deveriam, pois cobram tudo.
Segundo ponto. O tipo de protocolo que usam, nao favorece nenhum pouco para streamers. Entao trava de mais, msm com assinatura de 120mb. Tenho fotos, prints de testes. Já nem me dou ao trabalho de reclamar, pq realmente chega os 120mb em testes de velocidade.
Terceiro ponto. No meu caso, trabalho alguns dias em home office. Nesses dias faço bastantes chamadas de videos, e notei q repentinamente ao dia a conexão cai e volta, coisa de segundos, mas o suficiente para ferrar com as videos chamadas.
Pontos positivos.
Primeiro ponto. Eles levam internet de alto desempenho aonde não chega as grandes companhias, como a Net, Vivo e etc. Me ajudou bastante, eu usava uma Internet cara e obsoleta adsl da vivo.
Segundo ponto. Os equipamentos, pelo menos no meu caso, são novos e dão suporte a dois tipos de transmissão WiFi, 5g e 2.4g. As antenas dão bom alcance.

They already gave me a headache on the first day, because I had to ask to adjust. Pessoa came, tidied up in the right way, they just didn't cover the holes and didn't clean the wall. Second point. The type of protocol they use does not favor streamers at all. Then it crashes more, msm with 120mb subscription. I have photos, test prints. I don't even bother to complain anymore, because it really reaches 120mb in speed tests.
Third point. In my case, I work a few days in the home office. These days I make a lot of video calls, and I noticed that suddenly the day the connection drops and comes back, a matter of seconds, but enough to screw with the video calls.
Strengths.
First point. They bring high performance internet where big companies, like Net, Vivo and etc. don't reach it. It helped me a lot, I used an expensive and obsolete Internet adsl da vivo.
Second point. The equipment, at least in my case, is new and supports two types of WiFi transmission, 5g and 2.4g. The antennas give good range.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoje fui efetuar o cancelamento da minha internet pela operadora Free life conect, onde já sou assinante da mesma a mais de 5 anos, liguei na empresa e informei que gostaria de fazer o cancelamento nesse momento fui informado pela empresa que teria que pagar uma multa de fidelidade de mais de 600 reais, eu contestei a fidelidade porque já tenho a mais de 5 anos, a empresa me informou que a fidelidade é renovada ano a ano sem o consentimento do consumidor e sem contrato assinado, fico me perguntando como que um consumidor consegue sair dessa empresa sendo que a mesma renova sua fidelidade todo ano sem aviso prévio, como o consumidor consegue cancelar sendo que não te tempo pois a fidelidade é renovada ano a ano, já fiz minha reclamação junto a ANATEL e estou fazendo por aqui pois quero fazer o cancelamento e não sou obrigado a pagar fidelidade de um produto que sou assinante a mais de 5 anos. Só para deixar registrado já fiz minha reclamação junto a ANATEL e reclame aqui, e já estou em contato com JEC - Juizado Especial Cível.

Just to make it registered, I have already filed my complaint with ANATEL and complained here, and I am already in contact with JEC - Special Civil Court.
