★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pior internet que eu já tive. Eles aproveitam que existem poucos provedores aqui e acham que por causa disso o cliente vai permanecer com eles por muito tempo. na primeira oportunidade que eu tive pulei fora.
Uma internet que nunca funciona, você liga para o suporte dizendo que está sem internet e eles só pedem pra aguardar porque não sabem de nada e o suporte nunca vem na sua casa ajeitar nada.
Basicamente eu usava a internet só as vezes e quando finalmente eu consegui mudar para algo melhor o técnico veio sob muita pressão para desinstalar as coisas.
Péssimo serviço e atendimento. PROCUREM ALGO MELHOR
 Worst internet I have ever had. They take advantage of the fact that there are few providers here and think that because of that the customer will stay with them for a long time. the first opportunity I had I jumped out.
An internet that never works, you call the support saying that you have no internet and they just ask you to wait because they don't know anything and the support never comes to your house to fix anything.
Basically I used the internet only sometimes and when I finally managed to change to something better the technician came under a lot of pressure to uninstall things.
Poor service and care. LOOK FOR SOMETHING BETTER

Os dois funcionários que vieram realizar o trabalho foram super educados. Até o momento estou satisfeita, caso minha opinião mude venho aqui atualizar meu comentário.
I hired the service that the company offers on March 26th. I've been using it for a whole day and so far it hasn't dropped, been weak or has interfered with watching series, movies and derivatives.
The two employees who came to do the work were super polite. So far I'm satisfied, if my opinion changes I'll update my comment here.
